This is a fundraiser event where all proceeds will be donated to the Randy Shaver Cancer Research Foundation.

This events features 3 teams from the Crow River Valley League and 3 teams from the North Star League. All are Class C amateur baseball teams in Minnesota. All games will be 7 innings.
