They explore how we might identify when it's not in play, and what some of the barriers to being self-compassionate are. Ruth and Rebecca also chat about why our focus is more often on kindness to others and how this can buy into feelings of unworthiness, and lead us to behaviours which distance us from ourselves and the lives we might want to be living.
