Another week...

It's getting a little warmer in the Twin Cities, so it gets a little hotter in the mix this weekend. I get right to it with some serious percussion with the all-star Jazz Messenger percussion ensemble, led by the incomparable Art Blakey. Along the way we hear a longer Jimmy Rushing cut, a fairly mental Joe Morello solo, and a catchy verson of Hamp's Ring Dem Bells with an impromptu scat duet by Clark Terry. These are some swinging tracks this week, I hope you enjoy them.
