I just got out of the gym, so today, I’m in my workout clothes.
And yes, I could have changed my clothes, but I want to make a point.
We get the Gym: It’s how you build strength. You go. You try to find a corner away from the hard-core athletes who make you look back. And you do the reps.
Getting healthy and strong is about working your muscles, getting sore, getting up and working out again anyway.
It’s exhausting. It’s also exhilarating.
