One of the things I really love about audio drama is that there´s seemingly no end to how many awesome shows I can love at a time! And SOLAR just hit me right from the start, I couldn´t stop listening. The acting is (of course!) stellar, the sound design is rich and the story is nuanced, exciting and addictive. The characters are interesting, relatable and very well played. I´m looking forward to more episodes, while I´m definitely going to relisten to get even more details.

Would love to see more audio dramas like this. The acting was what you'd expect from such a skilled cast. The writing is excellent. Really enjoyed the near-future setting and the sarcastic banter with the AI who was written like what you might think AI is like in a couple of decades.

From the start you get pulled in. The story, voice acting, production is I think is top tier. I love Sci-Fi so much and this makes help my love for it grow even more. I can't get enough of this.

I had an unusual experience listening to this. Solar has so much going for it like a star-studded cast, thrilling concept, and immersive sound design. But for some reason I don't, I kept bouncing off of it and struggled to stay invested

One of the best audio dramas I have ever encountered and I listen to a LOT of audio dramas. Gives BBC Radio a run for it's money for writing, acting, and production. Can't wait for more from these creators.

If this show was half its runtime, it could be great. But the overstretched plot, the withholding of anything interesting with the ghost plot (you gotta wait for season 2, sucka) and the plodding repetition of the themes diffuses the profundity of anything it has to say. And what it chooses to say, it uses 10 words if 2 would do. This so desperately needs and editor that will mercilessly kill the writers’ darlings.
