Sonja Renee` is a Speaker and Author who truly enjoys helping others transform their lives. Sonja was 49 years old when she discovered she was adopted and that caused her to take a deep dive to get answers. During this time Sonja discovered she had abandonment trauma wounds that initially she wasn't aware of, and as she examined her own relationships, (past and present), that took her on a journey of healing and sharing her story by putting pen to paper, which birthed her book titled: "Abandonment is not your Fault!"  In her book she's vulnerable and transparent about the relationships that created these wounds, how she identified them, and more importantly, how she broke free from bondage, false projections, unhealthy attachments, and generational traumas. Sonja took back control of her life and now she's on a mission to help others do the same.
