These days people blame the media for the things they don't like in society. But that's a cop-out. It prevents you from really thinking hard about what causes society's ills. Blaming the media is blaming the messenger. It accomplished nothing. And that's the point for some people since what they actually seek to accomplish is nothing. They seek no change in society because society is serving them well.
