Episode 54 of Siamo Vancouver, Vancouver’s own Italian Community Radio. We got the chance to speak with Kendall Gustavson, owner of the Modern Pantry and master of Mozzarella. We covered topics surrounding cheesemaking and looked at her Tuscan food tour. We also covered some interesting topics and went over the music of the region of Liguria. A new Italian Saying was explained, and we went through a dialogue with our Italian Teacher Angela Hu. The playlist for the show, which consisted of Contemporary and classic Italian music, was played throughout the show.
