Episode 51 of Siamo Vancouver, Vancouver’s own Italian Community Radio. We got the chance to speak with Karen McAthy, founder of Blue Heron Creamery, about her history with cheese and her introduction of Vegan Cheese Making to the Italian Community. We also covered some interesting topics and went over the music found in the region of Lazio. Stay tuned for part 2 next week! A new Italian Saying was explained, and we learned about vacation rentals in Italy with our Italian Teacher Angela Hu. The playlist for the show, which consisted of Contemporary and classic Italian music, was played throughout the show.
