These types of days used to be the norm for me...constantly stressed, felt like I was always playing catch up and that everything was happening TO me and not FOR me.
I knew it was an unhealthy way to live...so I set out to change it!
I started reading personal development books and began experimenting with different morning routines.
After lots of trial and error, I found what works for me AND is easy to do consistently.
The key was finding something that I enjoyed and wasn’t time consuming...keep it simple 💜
Investing 10-15 minutes in these practices every morning has given me back control. Now I make my day work FOR me and it feels so good ☺️
