I have heard it said in workplaces that they can teach hard skills, but they have to find people with soft skills.  Well, I am here to challenge that mode of thinking. While some of us have been fortunate enough to have had mentors and people to guide us in our personal and professional development, many of us have not had the opportunity to learn soft skills.  But they can be learned. 

I am super excited to announce the launch of Sharpen University, a place where we can help young professionals develop those soft skills and continue to improve their abilities, and skills in the workforce.  I believe we all need encouragement and support in this area and can all hone our craft and learn more.  In fact, that is one of the key elements to develop any skill set, being a lifelong learner and never quit improving.
