Actors love masks. They are fun and can help us get into character. Sometimes they are even necessary - depending on the role. However, sometimes you can get stuck hiding behind that mask if you're not careful.

But when do we need to take the mask off and let our own true colors shine? Take a deep look inside yourself and take a minute to ask if you are trying to please the casting directors so much that you are losing yourself in the process?
