In this podcast Ms Bova interviews Lucia Pallotta a recent graduate of the University of Pennsylvania who has begun working at Brooklyn counseling Center. In this dialogue she speaks of the plague of pessimism that seems to follow many Gen Zs. She also speaks of her own transformative experience recognizing the work she thought she'd love is not intellectually fulfilling.  Recognizing that is a key element to her career. This is a rich perspective on how Gen Zs think and navigate the world of work. We also discuss the new phenomena of Quiet Quitting.

Lucia Rose Pallotta,Analyst at Brooklyn Counseling Services. Lucia Pallotta is a recent honors graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. Her Honors Thesis ATTITUDES TOWARDS PEOPLE UNDERGOING EVICTION: A CONJOINT ANALYSIS has been published. Presently Lucia works at BCS doing analysis, a job she hoped she'd love but which has not been the case. Presently, she is studying for the LSATs to go to Law school. She wants to be of service to our society.
