Steph talks to Allison Squires of Upland Organics in Saskatchewan, Treaty 4 Territory. Allison has been an organic grain farmer for thirteen years, is the President of Canadian Organic Growers (COG), and a farmer mentor with the Young Agrarians apprenticeship program.
