I wasn't entirely sure what I was setting out to do with this podcast, but ultimately I've been learning, connecting, and feeling more present. I hope that anyone listening in has gotten at least something out of tuning in. Reflecting on the different episodes and where to go now that I am officially at episode 20 (with a few bonus episodes thrown in), what I know so far is that there is truly a yin-yang, push-pull, paradox of emotions being unconscious vs conscious, the "gut feeling" being good vs. a negative affective bias; of deliberate practice giving a solid model of how to improve any skill vs. burnout; of mental schemas being important to avoid overwhelm vs. bias taking us away from the right diagnosis or thing to do.
