It’s time to check in with yourself
When you feel like you’re in a rut, lost a sense of who you are, or not in alignment with your intentional life, you may have forgotten one vital practice in your day. In this episode, I dive into how we’re often looking outside of us, even in the spiritual programs and courses, to feel whole and complete in ourselves.
The only way that an external-based practice will help us come back home to ourselves, is if that practice is used to heal internally. That is where the daily check-in comes in.
I’ll give you 4 simple statements for you to start using that take less than 10 minutes a day. These statements will help you to look within, ask how you feel, give yourself what you need, and set a heartfelt intention for your day ahead. Every. Single. Day.
