In Germany, large chains with many branches are now behind many bakeries. You often have to search a long time to find a baker who bakes by hand. Max Stiebling from the Thuringian Forest was so annoyed by this that he gave up his job in a large bakery and started his own business in his early 30s. -

In Deutschland stecken hinter vielen Bäckereien mittlerweile große Ketten mit vielen Filialen. Um einen Bäcker zu finden, der eigenhändig backt, muss man oft lange suchen. Max Stiebling aus dem Thüringer Wald ging das auf die Nerven. Deshalb hat er seinen Job in einer Großbäckerei an den Nagel gehängt und sich mit Anfang 30 selbstständig gemacht.
