Hello, my groovies!

It's been a busy week of ups and downs on the road to salubriousness. Work was stressful, but I went to the MN State Fair and yoga and an apple orchard. Busy! I'm gonna see a nutritionist on Tuesday, and I'm hoping she can help me smooth out some of the rough spots I'm having. 

Also, if you're wondering what's up with the weird music I'm using for the show, I'd like to remind you, I'm weird. :) Also, it's free on Archive.org and I like old timey 20s and 30s stuff, so for now I'm using it. It's just kinda fun and silly!
