Welcome back to the RV Shenanigans podcast
0:15
brought to you by Liquified . We are
0:17
incredibly excited you're here and the response
0:19
to the podcast has been overwhelmingly
0:21
positive . So thank you so much for those
0:24
kind words . Do us a
0:26
favor If you are enjoying the podcast
0:28
, we would love it for you to share with somebody
0:30
. We are trying to grow the audio side of
0:32
this as well . So while the YouTube side
0:34
is great , we really want to push the Spotify
0:37
, apple podcast , google podcast , audible
0:39
all those versions of it as well . Another
0:42
big help , if you are to get
0:44
in and help us out , would be to rate and review
0:47
the show . Do us a favor , not
0:49
only leave us a rating , but leave us a little note . We're going to start reading some
0:51
of those reviews here on the
0:53
podcast . So if you want to get on the podcast , that's
0:55
a great way to do it . Now , this
0:59
show is actually our
1:01
last . It's not the last show we recorded at
1:03
the 2024 Florida RV Super Show , but
1:05
it is the last show that we're going to bring
1:07
out there , because we wanted to make sure there were no significant
1:10
changes over the few months
1:12
while we came out , and there really haven't been , except
1:14
for the fact that our guests
1:16
are much closer to finishing their new RV
1:18
and being in it full time , if not already
1:20
, by the time this comes out . So , without
1:23
any further ado , I'm going to quit talking
1:25
on here and I'm going to dive into the interview . So
1:27
let's take a quick break and
1:30
we will join you on the other side from the Florida RV
1:32
Super Show . What's
1:37
the worst part about RVing ? It's the black
1:39
tank . No one likes to have to deal with a stinky
1:41
or messy black tank . Let the
1:43
team over at liquefied RV black tank management
1:46
help you out . Created from the
1:48
team over at Matt's RV reviews
1:50
, this is a 100% biodegradable
1:52
product made right here
1:54
in the good old US of A . Liquefied
1:56
will help break down your black tank waste
1:59
as well as help with
2:01
those odors . In addition to helping
2:03
with those odors , it's got an actually really great
2:05
orange smell to it . So
2:07
not only does it help break down those odors , it
2:09
also helps freshen the bathroom . One
2:12
of my favorite features is actually this easy measure pour
2:14
spout . Because it's designed
2:16
this way , you don't have to bring in other cups
2:18
or measuring devices of any kind . Help
2:21
what you need in for your size tank . Put the cap
2:23
back on and you're done . To learn
2:25
more about liquefied RV black tank treatment
2:27

2:30
us a favor please support the brands that support
2:32
us , because they enable us to be able to bring
2:34
you the podcast and the regular
2:36
videos To purchase liquefied black tank
2:38
treatment . Please see the link down below . We
2:47
are coming to you still live from the 2024
2:50
Florida RV Super Show and we want
2:52
to say a big thank you to Alliance RV
2:54
for letting us come hang out and
2:56
do live podcast all week from
2:58
their booth . We're going to switch
3:00
it up on this show . You like how I did that .
3:03
You rolled your eyes pretty aggressively on that one . You've
3:05
never gotten that happy .
3:07
You had to know it was coming though right , so
3:10
you planned the role of the eyes . We'd
3:13
like to welcome Todd and
3:16
Sheila from switch it up , and I'm going to say RV
3:18
revolution as well now , because I saw it on the shirt
3:20
, so I'm going to say it .
3:21
Yeah , how are you guys ? We're great . Actually
3:24
, this is the first time we've got to sit down for four days . You're
3:26
welcome .
3:27
You're welcome . Thank you so much . Thank you .
3:29
I just have a microphone in your face , and that's how
3:31
we do that .
3:31
These chairs are pretty comfy . They are they . I
3:34
think you're tired .
3:36
How's the show been going for you guys Great
3:38
.
3:39
It is just so fun to just meet and see
3:41
so many people . That's what I absolutely love about
3:43
it .
3:45
That's fun . So if you don't mind , I kind of want
3:47
to jump back in time a little bit
3:49
. But what got you guys into
3:51
RV initially ?
3:54
So in 2019 , both Todd
3:56
and I lost a parent and my
3:58
dad had a fifth wheel that he
4:00
had in his barn for
4:03
waiting for someday when he was going
4:05
to retire and take that out . And
4:08
once he passed away , never getting to realize
4:10
that dream , and then COVID kind
4:12
of hit and
4:14
we decided to take it out to
4:16
the lake and go
4:18
hang out and we just kind of started to get an
4:20
idea that this might be something
4:22
that would be absolutely kind of fun to
4:25
go do and kind of live what
4:27
he was going to want to see and do in his
4:29
honor .
4:31
Very cool . We're having technical difficulties
4:33
over there .
4:34
Y'all can keep going .
4:36
So , and if I remember correctly , you actually have a
4:38
tattoo kind of commemorating some of that right
4:40
.
4:40
I do . It was that first
4:42
year we went out to RV . We really thought we
4:45
were only going to do this for about a year and
4:47
it was just like a really good healing
4:49
journey for us and I
4:51
did . I got my very first tattoo
4:53
where it just is about hey , just
4:55
trust , and it says
4:57
love dad on it . So it's just kind of like my
5:00
way of saying we went out to experience
5:02
this in his honor and it's
5:04
been quite the journey and it's been three
5:06
years now instead of just one .
5:08
That's awesome . So at what point
5:10
, during the getting ready
5:12
to thinking about doing , did the YouTube
5:15
channel become a thing ?
5:17
Well , what most people don't know
5:19
is I was one of the original
5:21
people doing YouTube and I say
5:23
that right when YouTube started , within probably
5:26
six to eight months , and
5:28
most people don't know that . Just our personal
5:30
family channel , which was just my name
5:32
, I've probably
5:35
done almost a thousand videos .
5:36
Oh , wow .
5:37
And most of those videos were probably 25
5:40
to 100 views , and so it was
5:42
always something we did was to share
5:45
and I just
5:47
enjoyed the part of it and it wasn't
5:49
. I knew that it was never going
5:51
to turn into some sort of big thing
5:53
, it was just something I was doing . So
5:55
when we actually hit the road , it
5:58
was a natural progression to just record . But
6:00
it felt weird because when
6:02
you start looking online , you don't know this
6:04
area . So you see , changing lanes , and
6:07
changing lanes was given to us when we were
6:09
buying the RV . As I said , is there any RV
6:12
like YouTubers , and he goes , yeah , like changing lanes
6:14
, they have , you know , a grand design
6:16
, so you should check them out . So they were
6:18
like our intro into the space
6:20
. And then what was like , maybe we
6:23
just come up with a name and maybe we do this , and
6:25
we didn't think anything would , but he would watch
6:28
because all of our other videos had 50 to 100
6:30
views . So the only people were going to watch
6:32
our kids and family to see our where
6:35
we're going , what's going to happen . And
6:37
then our first two weeks
6:39
we our first stop was the Tampa
6:42
RV show and by the time we
6:44
got here we had a thousand subscribers . And
6:46
I go Sheila , this is awesome . And she goes what's
6:49
that mean ? I said it's like $25
6:52
. It's like a little bit of diesel , like a quarter of
6:54
a tank . And we
6:56
got here and we had one person recognize
6:59
us and I was like I can't believe
7:01
they even know who we are . And then here
7:03
we are . Community developed from
7:05
that part , right , and that's awesome .
7:08
Was there anything in that first year that really
7:10
stands out to you guys , either from the YouTube
7:12
channel perspective or just general travel ?
7:15
Well , we were going very . We were fast
7:17
and furious at that point , like we were
7:19
. We were with the thought that
7:21
we were only going to be out for a year . We were just out
7:24
to see all the things like just hurry , quickly
7:26
go . So we were moving every three
7:28
to five days . It was a fast
7:30
pace .
7:31
I think we put about 36,000
7:33
miles on that first year , and the YouTube channel
7:35
was faster paced too back then , wasn't it ?
7:37
Well , the thing is , we were . I'm
7:39
a strategic type person , so
7:42
there's an airplane .
7:43
Your helicopter , your helicopter .
7:45
And I'm not flying an airplane at this show
7:47
this year . Let's put that on the record
7:49
. When
7:52
we hit the road , I loved
7:56
Chad and Tara and I saw that they had done like
7:58
400 videos and I was like
8:00
, well , if you're going to do videos , we'll do three
8:02
a week , because it's like casting a big
8:04
net for people to find you . So
8:06
we had done 148
8:09
videos that first year and
8:12
so we were moving at a very fast pace
8:14
. But the thing that really stood out
8:16
was when she used
8:18
to be an event planner or a church . She's
8:21
like why don't we meet people and
8:23
do this ? And we scheduled our first event at
8:25
the fall of that year .
8:28
Very cool . So at
8:30
what point , during the YouTube journey
8:32
and traveling and all those things obviously
8:34
we know that through the videos everybody
8:36
sees the destinations and all
8:39
that stuff , but at what point did
8:41
you start to notice this community aspect
8:43
that you guys have now built into this huge
8:45
thing ? But where did that start
8:47
from ?
8:48
I think that started for us
8:51
, as he's editing and doing three videos
8:53
a week and so I'm trying to keep up with
8:55
the comments . And you start to realize that
8:58
the same people are watching your channel
9:00
and commenting and so you
9:02
start to make those connections and you realize
9:04
every like or every view or
9:06
every comment , there's a person behind that
9:08
and you start making that connection that
9:11
this username
9:13
is this person . You try to start making those
9:15
connections with those people and I was like okay
9:18
, we're starting to get to know these people digitally
9:20
. What if we moved and tried to do
9:22
like a camping event where we move those people
9:24
from digital into person ? And
9:26
once we did that , we got to
9:28
meet those faces and we realized the
9:31
impact of bringing people together
9:33
and they were making , started to make friendships
9:35
and they found people that they wanted to camp with
9:37
. Like , okay , there's something
9:39
here that we really want to focus on . And
9:42
that's when we did our very first event in
9:44
November of that very first
9:46
year and that just kind of changed the trajectory
9:48
of what we were going to focus on .
9:50
Yeah , we started the huddles . So
9:52
our first huddle was at Talona Ridge
9:55
. Who are here at the show , actually ? And
9:57
we were the very first people there as a group
9:59
.
10:00
They weren't even finished yet . I mean , the park was
10:02
not done .
10:03
Yeah , if you go to Talona Ridge , at the top up by the clubhouse
10:05
they got a plaque on a rock , which is
10:07
super cool , to say it is cool . So
10:10
it was . That's what changed everything
10:12
.
10:12
Yeah , it was a turning point for us and we've been to
10:15
a huddle and we thoroughly
10:17
enjoyed ourselves and can speak first-handedly
10:19
. You know the community that was involved
10:21
in , how much fun we had and how much heart and soul
10:23
you guys are putting into that event . It's
10:25
not just a pay a ticket show up
10:28
thing . You guys hustled
10:30
, you created such an environment and
10:32
we can't thank you enough . It was fantastic .
10:34
No , it's . I don't think we've ever had
10:36
a chance to thank you , because you supported us from
10:39
the beginning . You saw it from
10:41
the beginning . You showed up and
10:43
I , I don't know . I just
10:45
feel like we're a huge community , just
10:47
as RV YouTubers and
10:50
everyone . So we should , we
10:52
should do things together , we should right . Yeah
10:54
, I think that's cool .
10:55
Well , and it's . It was our introduction to y'all , even though
10:58
I almost took you out on the scooter because we were running
11:00
late . It was pretty good . But
11:02
we got to meet Jason and Dylan , we got to meet Howard
11:04
and Cindy and Cindy , and
11:07
so it opened up our eyes
11:09
to kind of not just more
11:11
people on the road but creators , and
11:13
it's almost like that misery loves company
11:15
and we all are kind of when you get into YouTube , you're
11:17
gonna ultimately glutton for punishment a little bit because
11:20
there's always that person . We know that , but
11:23
we still enjoy it enough that we want to press through
11:25
that . So did
11:27
you plan most of that huddle and you're along for the
11:29
ride , or how ? Because of your event management ?
11:31
background . We're both have our strengths , and
11:34
she was an event planner for thousands
11:36
of people , so something
11:38
we really feel like .
11:40
This YouTube journey has now married our
11:42
passions . Todd is passionate about sharing the
11:45
story and the whole , capturing
11:47
the moments and sharing that
11:49
with people , and I'm passionate about bringing those
11:51
people together , and so I
11:54
did . I started planning those
11:56
huddles and then we got some help
11:58
with somebody that used to work on my team
12:00
, on our team at
12:02
church , and we just kind of kept moving
12:05
those things forward and they just grew legs
12:07
. It just took off .
12:09
Did you at any point after that first huddle go ? What
12:11
have I gotten myself into ? Or was it just
12:13
like falling back into old shoes kind of a thing
12:15
?
12:16
It was we left and we're like we're
12:18
exhausted , but oh my gosh , that was fun . And
12:21
look at the friendships that we have created
12:23
, like we would have never have met
12:25
you guys without that right Right and
12:28
get to other than just a high and a good buy
12:30
. So , that's just super
12:32
special to be able to spend more time with
12:34
people , eat dinner together , hang
12:36
out , do something fun and create
12:39
those memories and now we're friends with probably
12:41
going to be the number one podcast ever .
12:43
Who knew that's right , Like
12:45
see how that worked .
12:46
We have some work to still get up there with Jason and Abby
12:48
, but we're working on it . We're
12:51
working on it Labor of love , just
12:53
like YouTube channel and anything else , right , right
12:55
. So fast forward a little bit to a
12:57
little bit . You know , let's just say a few months
12:59
ago , what's changed between huddles
13:02
and the switch crew , as you now call
13:04
it ? I think you were just starting to call it that back when
13:06
we were at the Texas huddle . How
13:09
is a huddle different now than it was back then ?
13:11
Oh , there's so much happening . Okay
13:14
, do you want to go over like crew campouts and all the things
13:16
?
13:17
Yeah , why not ?
13:19
Okay , so here's the thing .
13:22
I do like how you asked for permission on that one .
13:23
No , because we're trying to put it in context
13:26
because there is so much for somebody that's
13:28
listening to try to wrap their head around this
13:30
because it's big it is . So huddles
13:32
are events that are two to 300
13:34
people . A huddle is not
13:36
a rally , in essence , because
13:38
we go do things together . Example Tampa
13:41
last year we rented out a whole dinner
13:43
cruise and took 200 and some people on
13:45
a 70s night . We all dressed in 70s
13:47
gear and we did a dinner cruise together . We've
13:50
taken them white water rafting , we've done
13:52
zip lining . So we
13:54
go do things and we
13:56
cater meals and we eat together because it's important
13:58
. Now , from that
14:00
, sheila's like we need to do smaller
14:03
events , and so she come up with another idea
14:05
.
14:06
Yeah , so the whole thought that we
14:08
can do something smaller and empower
14:11
the crew . So
14:13
the crew now host crew
14:16
campouts all around the United States
14:18
for just a smaller group of people just
14:20
to meet up and hang out
14:22
in a campground somewhere together . It's not something
14:24
that Todd and I swing if we'll swing by if
14:26
we're in the area , but there's , I think
14:28
, 24 of those plans so far
14:30
for the year and we just have crew camp out hosts
14:33
. Something that I think is unique to
14:35
our community is , after you've attended
14:37
one of our events live
14:39
, we invite you into a digital Zoom
14:42
community where they continue to meet weekly
14:45
on a Zoom
14:47
call , where they continue to those
14:49
relationships and building that friendship and
14:52
stay in contact with each other and then they can meet up all
14:54
over the United States . So that's pretty
14:56
special what the crew is building
14:58
together without us , and
15:00
that's true .
15:01
We still have people come up to us and say we met
15:03
you at the huddle , and
15:05
we recognize them too . So that really does
15:07
stick .
15:08
It's actually happened about five times today , oh yeah
15:10
, they can't really go .
15:10
Oh , we hung out with you at the Texas huddle .
15:14
I barely remember yesterday's lunch , but that's
15:16
awesome , but that's fun right ?
15:18
Yeah , no , it is .
15:19
Well , because then you , at that point you can start reminiscing
15:21
and then it's almost like again I kind of use the
15:23
term sliding back in old shoes . It's
15:25
you can . Oh , you remember when we did this
15:27
that whatever it was and now it's a catalyst
15:30
for more conversation is a new thing . So
15:33
what is the future for
15:36
the switch crew on the huddle side ? Let's start
15:38
with that because obviously you guys have announced
15:40
a lot this week , yes , so
15:42
let's leave that off to the side for a
15:44
minute . But as far as
15:46
the crew campouts the huddles , what's
15:49
that look like going in the 2024 ?
15:51
So this year we have three huddles we're
15:54
hoping for an ask our event , we
15:57
are gonna be at the balloon festival and
15:59
the Hershey Pennsylvania show . Am I
16:01
missing something ? Those are
16:03
the big nuggets , right , Okay ? And
16:06
then from there we have the
16:08
24 soon-to-be-more
16:10
crew campouts .
16:11
Yes , as far as huddles
16:14
we're hoping to be
16:16
able to , space has always been
16:18
an issue for sure . As
16:20
we grow . We want to be able to
16:22
. We're always looking for . Not all RV
16:24
parks can have an event center in the middle
16:27
, right where you can hang out where you can
16:29
have your meals and stuff together . So we're trying to figure
16:31
out how can we do a huddle
16:33
or event gatherings where
16:36
space isn't an issue . Maybe we can go to fairgrounds
16:38
or big boondocking , open land , blm
16:41
land , that sort of thing . So we just had
16:43
to kind of think through how can that
16:45
look differently and to be able to make them , you
16:47
know , make that a little bit more affordable for everybody , that
16:49
it's not at some RV resort , give
16:51
options for different people for on
16:54
different budgets catch it okay
16:56
, so Now
16:58
we're gonna talk about it the elephant in the room
17:00
is what we've been calling it , it's
17:02
what ?
17:02
but ?
17:03
it's really like six elephants lined up in a pretty big
17:05
, 43,000
17:07
pounds of elephants . I I walked past
17:09
you earlier chat with some people because I was on my way
17:11
back here from a meeting and I just Just
17:14
for the fun of it felt like to stick my nose
17:16
in . Yeah , it's not that big really , if you just kept
17:18
going yeah , yeah
17:21
sizes all an object ? Yes , Whatever
17:24
? Makes you feel better . How does well act ? Let's
17:26
just talk about it . So you have purchased
17:28
an HTT truck yeah , and a
17:30
spacecraft . That's not what's the term spacecraft
17:33
. Saying
17:36
it wrong this entire time and she's been correcting you
17:38
so I keep getting the name of it wrong .
17:40
It's their terminology was crafting
17:42
your space . So therefore , space craft
17:44
, there you go .
17:45
So , if you don't mind because this is an audio podcast
17:47
and we're not over there showing it off Can you just
17:49
talk about what it is essentially and
17:52
how it was that point , yeah , yeah .
17:54
When I was talking about the huddles and where space
17:56
it was becoming an issue . This was our , our
17:58
idea and our solution for
18:01
that , like , how can we do events
18:03
outside of an event space ? Well
18:05
, we would need things like a sound system and
18:07
and decks for speakers
18:10
or Musicians and an LED
18:12
wall . And how can we put all that together and who can
18:14
do that for us ? And actually , spacecraft
18:17
was the one that said hey , let's see
18:19
how we can work together to make something
18:21
that would work for you right , and so
18:23
that that was born Last
18:26
year before the
18:28
Tampa RV show .
18:29
Wow , you've been working over a year on this this is
18:31
a . This has been the highest and
18:33
lowest that we've had , and it's
18:36
the biggest dream that we could throw out
18:39
there , knowing there was no way we could afford
18:41
it . Yeah , and
18:43
it is a blessing .
18:45
God opened up some amazing doors
18:47
and those when
18:50
you know that you have this idea in this
18:52
dream , and then you see how Brands
18:55
like spacecraft and other brands will come
18:57
alongside of you and say , hey , we believe in the vision
18:59
and mission of what you're doing inside the Community
19:01
. We want to partner with you and make this happen .
19:03
Right , that's just how we got to where
19:05
we're at , and we are Unbelievably blessed
19:08
and so grateful so not only is
19:10
your RV slash home now , it's
19:12
now your RV slash home , slash Switch
19:15
, crew headquarters , official event
19:17
center , all of that all of that office
19:20
.
19:21
I had event space .
19:23
Yes , all of the above all of the above so
19:25
Because you guys actually had an
19:27
LED wall , was that just so that you could
19:29
essentially Film things and
19:31
then put it up there ? Or is that more so , just
19:33
like if you have something you wanted to watch , like , let's
19:36
say , the Super Bowl happened to be on ? So
19:41
here's , the thing is this like are still alive , so
19:43
take it easy over there .
19:44
Well , let's look at like . We went to
19:46
the grand design rally and we're sitting around
19:48
and there's LED walls everywhere and
19:50
people talking in this , and that I was like , could
19:53
we , because the spacecraft is built on it . Well
19:56
, I guess , for the people listening , let's
19:58
give some statistics . Sure , it
20:00
is basically a semi chassis . Now
20:03
spacecraft can build any for anywhere from like 38
20:06
foot to 57 foot long , and
20:08
they've been around 40 plus years . They've
20:10
done a lot of stuff for the Carnival
20:12
industry , circus industry , because they use
20:14
those to do events while they're on the
20:17
road . So that's their history . But
20:19
they also do like they just did Will
20:21
Smith's trailer for his makeup trailer and stuff
20:23
. So they do stuff for Hollywood . So
20:26
if you are wanting to do something
20:28
completely custom , there's very few places you
20:30
can turn so they can go 38 feet All
20:32
the way up to the 57 foot . So , and
20:35
price anywhere is from I don't know
20:37
seven to $10,000
20:39
, but we are a foot
20:42
. So we are 54 feet long
20:44
. We're 43,000 , 260
20:47
pounds dry . It's 12,000
20:49
pounds on the pin weight for all you techies that
20:51
are out there . Wow , we have three decks
20:54
there's a deck on the front , a deck on the back
20:56
and a deck off the side . There is
20:58
an LED wall that is on the front
21:00
of it and it pivots out because
21:02
a spacecraft on the semi chassis
21:04
has a flat face Right . So
21:07
we constructed that so it would pivot out , but
21:09
it can also pivot out the all the way
21:11
so we could actually see it on a deck . But
21:14
the idea was is for our
21:16
Events , that if whatever we
21:18
wanted to put on there , we could use it for that
21:20
, and then on
21:22
top of it we have two concert speakers
21:24
, big subwoofer , but that's
21:26
for our entertainment . That we might have
21:28
come in or let's say , people are gonna
21:30
speak or they're gonna give , I don't
21:32
know . At rallies and stuff they have speakers
21:35
come up and talk about their products , or so
21:37
it was designed with all of that in mind
21:39
, with three to four hundred people sitting out
21:41
in Seeing it all maybe
21:44
a live podcast at a hotel .
21:46
You can sit up on top like no , no
21:48
, we have a fear of heights over here , cuz
21:50
the mass goes quicker . I mean , I
21:53
know how gravity works .
21:54
But I thought 12 foot deck it's bigger
21:56
than this tent . You could probably put the tent up there
21:58
.
21:58
I tripped going right over there .
21:59
Okay .
22:01
You could sit on the side patio .
22:03
I'll be fine , thank you , I like it side
22:05
.
22:05
Even that's a little questionable sometimes .
22:06
I didn't buy the good health insurance . Let's keep him
22:09
down , okay .
22:11
I'm under insured is what I just heard . So
22:14
as far as that goes , is
22:16
it a mission to use that every time
22:18
, or is it a combination of the facilities
22:20
you use and that Rig
22:22
being a supplemental thing too ?
22:24
I think it's more on the supplemental side . It gives us
22:26
options , right if we can't find
22:28
the space , especially when you go out west
22:30
, there's just , you know , a lot
22:32
of vast open space and not
22:34
as many . Rv parks with event space
22:36
. So it just gives us options for in-betweens
22:39
.
22:40
So do you guys ever make like silent bets
22:42
to each other like how many people can we get
22:44
in a random like the LM land and
22:46
try that ?
22:46
wouldn't be fun .
22:48
We have some special things planned . Oh boy
22:50
, yes , big things , in fact .
22:52
The I'm not shocked by the big thing anymore
22:54
, by the way the RV revolution
22:56
is our 10 episode Documentary
22:59
on how this whole spacecraft came to be
23:01
and and the filming of the creation of how
23:03
you even how you even build such a Thing
23:05
, and we're gonna end that with a
23:07
rally very cool in Arizona
23:10
desert area together . So we've
23:12
got some thoughts and plans on utilizing
23:14
that out .
23:14
In the middle of nowhere Can people already sign
23:16
up for that , or is it not yet ? Absolutely Okay
23:19
, so we'll make sure and put that in the description for
23:21
YouTube and then the show notes on all of the Podcast
23:23
apps out there .
23:24
So if you're interested in joining
23:26
them .
23:26
We will make sure and put that down below . So
23:30
you guys I mean because I'm
23:32
seeing dual brands now with the RV revolution
23:34
and switch it up is Is
23:36
it an extension of , is it a transformation
23:39
, is it a own individual
23:41
thing ? Is it gonna continue past that documentary
23:43
? Well , here , go ahead , you got this too
23:45
, because we were kind of like in different
23:47
.
23:48
We kind of when we when , when we hatched
23:50
this idea Switch it up is
23:52
not going away . I think that was one of the things
23:54
that some of the People
23:56
that are watching from the outside it's
23:59
still gonna be the same . The problem
24:01
is is when you do something like this , like a 10
24:03
episode series , it does get confusing . So
24:06
we thought we'd try something different switch
24:08
it up .
24:08
We had in the podcast . We understand it . So our
24:10
main channel .
24:11
So RV revolution TV is is
24:15
basically the introduction to the
24:17
10 episode series and
24:19
we have it so people
24:22
could pay to watch , but
24:24
they're gonna receive perks . Now the problem
24:26
on YouTube , which you probably run into if
24:28
you try to do a giveaway , the minute you do the giveaway
24:31
you get people spamming . So you get
24:33
hey , you know , do this stock market thing
24:35
or so and so and so , to protect
24:37
the what is it 13 ? Plus
24:40
sponsors that we have and
24:42
the trust , we decided that
24:44
we would Go ahead and put it behind
24:46
a paywall and then what they
24:48
can do in return is on Tuesdays
24:51
, when we launch every episode . Anyone
24:53
that's in the RV revolution TV
24:55
scenario they can be entered into
24:58
those and we don't have to worry
25:00
about the other stuff , the influence
25:02
. So now we've we have the trust of the people
25:04
that are watching that they don't have to be spammed . Right
25:07
, they get the benefit of thousands of dollars
25:09
of perks each week and it's
25:11
just , it's gonna seem like a good balance , but
25:14
nobody's done this before . So when you
25:16
do something that nobody's done , there's gonna be
25:18
people that don't like the idea , and
25:20
we totally understand it . But then again
25:22
, if you don't try it , then you don't . You don't
25:24
know really how it's gonna turn out .
25:27
But we do see this going beyond , kind of
25:29
like you know there's Millers in motion and you have
25:31
RV shenanigans . Yes like it's the
25:33
. This is just an extension
25:35
of switch it up and it's gonna . It's gonna has
25:37
its own little flavor , but we'll have both
25:40
.
25:40
Gotcha Okay . So about
25:43
the rig itself . It
25:45
was did you want the HTT
25:47
first or did you want the rig
25:49
and you had to get the HTT ? Because I know that that
25:51
kind of it's a chicken
25:53
or egg conversation , right we ?
25:55
started off just with thinking that the
25:57
HTT would allow us to get the toys
26:00
out of the toy hauler that we currently
26:02
have .
26:02
Because I'm not gonna lie . Every time I saw Todd
26:04
look at an HTT , he got a little sparkle in his eye
26:06
. Oh yeah , yep .
26:08
And I enjoyed the thought of getting the
26:11
toys out of the back , you know , getting
26:13
the dirt out of my
26:15
, out of the rig .
26:16
Well , and you guys had a lot of stuff back there . It was pretty jammed , wasn't
26:18
it ? Oh my goodness , that's ridiculous , okay .
26:20
Yeah , we had the motorcycle washer
26:22
and dryer , two kayaks , two e-bikes
26:25
, a scooter , a one-wheel .
26:27
Grille Todd when he's in trouble .
26:28
The grill . Like yes , like there was no room to
26:30
put Todd when he was in trouble yeah , there was no room for me back
26:32
there , hey , no doghouse means no
26:34
, never mind yeah .
26:35
Yeah , you can push the limits further , yeah , yeah
26:38
. Gotcha , so so did the
26:40
, so the truck came first , essentially .
26:41
The idea of the truck was let's , we could
26:43
always pull our current RV
26:46
with that truck .
26:47
So , and the truck is not very expensive . I
26:49
think that's the the misconception
26:52
. That's the misconception , yeah .
26:52
Well , yeah , Cause you see those things and you think of a
26:54
brand new . What brand is yours
26:56
?
26:56
I don't even know I'm sorry , we have a Mac , it's a Mac .
26:58
Okay , so you think of a brand new Mac or a Volvo
27:01
or whatever , but we assume they're
27:03
hundreds of thousands of dollars , which
27:05
I mean they can be .
27:06
Absolutely brand new , but the you know those
27:08
things are built to be on the road for a really
27:10
long time . And as RVers we're
27:12
not going to put the miles on it that over
27:15
the road trucker does .
27:16
Well , most RVers you guys , first year , this and that .
27:18
Well , we did a lot , but still not what a
27:21
professional truck driver does . And
27:23
so , yeah , we spent $65,000
27:25
on that truck and that's , I mean
27:28
, that's a pretty good deal .
27:29
I think what people need to keep in mind . We
27:31
found Jesse by accident
27:34
, actually , as we were trying to . It was another
27:36
God opened a door scenario , like if
27:38
we got this , who would even fix it for us
27:40
, and we made the relationship with him . It
27:42
was great . But let's , let's put it perspective
27:44
for a listener , because we didn't understand this
27:46
. If you , if you buy a truck
27:48
for 40 to 60,000 , which is pretty common
27:51
you have to modify it to your mission
27:53
profile , things that you might want to have on
27:55
a smart car , a motorcycle , whatever . That
27:58
can cost anywhere from 35,000 to
28:00
80,000 , 100,000 . And depending on how
28:02
much stuff you want to do Now . but if you go
28:04
on a lot of the Facebook websites for
28:06
used , you can find one
28:08
already modified for a smart car and
28:11
get the whole thing for 90 . And
28:13
think you're buying 450s out there for
28:15
$140,000 .
28:17
I was going to say I mean , if you got , if you went
28:19
and got a 450 platinum right now , I believe
28:21
they're retailing somewhere in the 120
28:23
ish range .
28:24
So this is really a much
28:26
more economical option and you
28:28
just you , that blew my mind
28:31
and you feel safer because you can stop faster
28:33
, Like there is just some very huge
28:35
perks to that .
28:36
Gotcha . So
28:39
with with all that being said now
28:41
, is the
28:44
truck officially done or is there anything left
28:46
to do with the truck ?
28:47
Yeah , I think Jesse has his
28:51
websites haul haulerscom , by
28:53
the way , if you're . If you're looking for somebody to modify something , because
28:56
there's very few people across the United States that do
28:58
it , sure , but I think he has
29:00
about two weeks in
29:03
. An average modification on a truck build is
29:05
probably going to be three
29:08
months .
29:09
Yeah , so he hopes to have that finished up by
29:11
the end of of January
29:13
and then we're going to
29:15
come back down here , pick it up
29:17
and take the take it up to paint so
29:20
that the paint will match the
29:22
truck and the RV will match together .
29:24
Yep Helps
29:27
if I don't meet myself . So
29:29
you are going to actually paint it and you're
29:31
having people vote on that , if I recall .
29:33
I was going to say . I remember seeing an
29:35
option when I looked at it the other day .
29:37
Yeah , there's three options . They were just getting
29:39
people's opinions , they're helping us figure
29:42
out one . Somebody helped me really just
29:44
crotch out the left one because they
29:46
said , hey , that looks like a Philadelphia
29:48
Eagles helmet design . I'm like , oh
29:50
, it's done , it's over .
29:51
We already have packer colors for the most part , so I'm good with really
29:54
anything .
29:55
You know , I was born in Green Bay , right , Were you really ? Yeah , no
29:57
, I did not know that . I
29:59
was I grew up . My family is on O'Connell Falls , which is north
30:01
of their 30 miles , so are you a chief's fan too
30:03
. Yeah , I am . Well
30:05
, I'm not , truth be told . I
30:07
watch some football , but I don't live and die
30:10
by football , really yeah .
30:12
But you do more . I was going to say she does .
30:14
She does fantasy football .
30:15
Oh yeah , really . Yeah , yeah , yeah . Okay
30:17
, it's crazy . So the truck
30:20
is kind of in line Now did you actually order
30:22
the RV simultaneously with
30:24
the truck , or was that ? How did that all play ?
30:26
out . How's the timing on ?
30:26
that this is crazy .
30:28
So when you watch the documentary , because you
30:30
will , yes , because you are going to
30:32
be blown away on how this worked . But
30:34
we actually put down
30:36
the deposit . I
30:39
don't even know how we did this . We put down the deposit
30:41
, sheila's like let's just design
30:44
it , because there's a design phase , and
30:46
just see what it's going to look like for the RV , right
30:48
, and then it went . What
30:50
are we going to do ? I don't . How are we
30:52
going to pull it ? And we went after
30:54
the , after last year's Tampa show , we
30:56
went to Margaritaville , which you guys will be there soon
30:58
we were there last week , yeah and so
31:01
we were at Margaritaville and we ran
31:03
into the mayor Everyone knows Rob and
31:05
Rob's like come , go on a drive with us . So
31:07
we're driving in his truck and I'm driving
31:10
it learning about it . That's terrifying . And he goes
31:12
hey , I got somebody you need to
31:14
meet . He didn't know what we were doing . And
31:17
he literally drives up to Jesse and
31:19
we get out and we meet Jesse and
31:21
we get back in . I'm like , did
31:23
God just give us somebody
31:25
to fix this thing ?
31:26
Like that was the weirdest coincidence , we hadn't picked
31:28
out a truck yet , like that was something , we were just all
31:31
the wheels were turning and we're like all
31:33
the things that we would need to do if we were going to go
31:35
this direction .
31:36
Yeah .
31:37
So that's how that worked . Yeah , that's awesome
31:39
. We were big on , we said , when we were
31:41
thinking about going full time just to reinforce
31:43
the God opens and closes doors thing
31:46
. We were big on when we were getting ready
31:48
to full time and we had a ranch and
31:50
all that stuff . And you guys kind of know the basics of our story
31:52
and we kind of said well
31:54
, we'll just keep going through doors and we'll
31:56
see how it goes . And sometimes when you do
31:58
this in life maybe the previous things it's amazing how
32:00
fast some of those come back in your face , right , and
32:03
you just have to acknowledge them and go
32:05
cool , not that one and just be
32:07
present enough to know that it's slammed in your
32:09
face and not blow through it .
32:11
Yeah , that was . The other thing was that , when doors open
32:14
, that you do in fact walk through them right
32:16
. That you don't see that , and then back away
32:18
, and so as when the doors open
32:20
, we do say yes , even if it's uncomfortable
32:22
to walk through those .
32:23
Yeah , we're scared , I don't want anyone
32:25
to listen to this and think , oh , they got it
32:28
figured out .
32:29
No , we're scared to death .
32:30
We're scared of the opinions , we're scared of where
32:32
it's going to go , we're scared of , but
32:34
we also feel like this is the
32:36
doors have opened and we feel like
32:38
the impact can be huge . Sure , just
32:41
the RV industry and the RV community
32:43
itself .
32:44
So when is the rig officially
32:46
all components done
32:48
and keys in hand and there goes everything
32:50
on the table .
32:51
Well , what's the goal ? Let's rephrase that
32:53
Okay , what's the project ? You know
32:55
how ?
32:55
construction works . This is the same
32:58
way . The goal is hopefully from
33:00
paint . We will actually take this
33:02
possession by the end of February , 1st
33:05
of part of March .
33:06
Okay , and that's from them
33:08
. They're Gazarian Kansas right ? Yes
33:10
, Well . Missouri .
33:10
They're in Corners and then it's going up to CDI is a sponsor
33:16
for us for doing paint , so it'll
33:18
go up to the paint factory there and then it'll
33:20
. Then we'll hopefully take it by the end of February
33:22
.
33:22
Okay , and then everyone's like well , what
33:24
are you driving ? Are you getting a Jeep
33:27
? We actually now have a brand
33:29
new sponsor with Bronco Nation
33:31
. So we actually are proud owners of Broncos
33:33
and we're excited
33:35
because they have these things called off rodeos , bronco
33:38
off rodeos , where they teach you how to
33:40
go off road and anyone can
33:42
go to them . So we're going to do a crew camp out and bring
33:44
a bunch of people to drive Broncos off road . There's
33:46
going to be so many exciting things this
33:48
year that when we tell people is like you
33:51
don't understand , just join
33:53
the revolution thing , because you don't know what they're
33:55
getting ready to allow us all to do . It's
33:57
going to be absolutely insane .
33:58
Well , you were . We were talking probably
34:00
about three to four weeks ago and
34:03
you were teasing some stuff .
34:04
It's big , it's big .
34:05
And it's even I mean even as big as
34:07
the coach and everything else is . It's really . That's
34:09
just a drop in the hat compared to what's really
34:11
going on for 2024 and past .
34:14
That's really just a tool for the mission .
34:16
Right , that's it .
34:16
It's just a tool to move the mission forward .
34:18
Yeah . So I do have a couple
34:20
of questions about the coach itself . So
34:22
are you concerned about campgrounds
34:25
? Or because I mean , how long are you when you're completely hooked
34:27
up ?
34:28
Completely hooked up . We completely hooked
34:30
up . We are 77 feet , so like
34:32
12 or 13 feet longer than we
34:34
currently are .
34:35
See , we're not that long that's a big difference
34:37
here's the thing .
34:39
I've never towed anything
34:41
this big . I've never drove anything this big
34:43
. So the the YouTube content
34:46
alone of me running over mailboxes
34:48
and or
34:51
she was like I can see it now we're going to
34:53
be like going into an RV spot and she's
34:55
going to have the spot picked and she goes in
34:57
and checks in and we're driving and we
34:59
get to a corner . I'm like I can't make this corner
35:01
and now we're stuck . This is the fear
35:03
, right ? So buckle up , because the
35:05
YouTube content is going to be absolutely great
35:07
About middle of March .
35:09
Oh man , I can't even imagine what we're in for Are they even
35:11
going to believe you when you call in to
35:13
?
35:13
make a reservation . Listen to what happens to Sheila . This
35:15
is good , that's typically what ?
35:17
like ? I've been calling and making reservations
35:19
and and when they say well , how
35:21
long is your RV ? Just , you know your
35:23
RV ? And I'll say well , the RV is 54
35:25
feet and they're like no , no honey .
35:27
Yeah .
35:27
What I mean is how , without your vehicle
35:29
?
35:31
I'm like no , it's 54 feet or actually
35:34
, if you want the whole thing Right .
35:36
So do you have like kind of some
35:39
pre done ideas , when you're not huddling
35:41
essentially or you're not somewhere , to kind of ?
35:43
pretty much done with this year , like I have this
35:45
year January to January
35:47
. Yeah , it's booked , it's planned out . We're
35:49
we're good to go .
35:50
Do you feel a little more pressure now to like really
35:52
plan far out , simply because of that size
35:55
?
35:55
Absolutely , and there's not as many places and
35:57
we do have to . I have to do a lot more Google earthing
35:59
of . Okay , can we make this corner that sort of thing
36:01
?
36:01
Yeah we're going to really share with people
36:04
what this is like . So if they ever wanted
36:06
to do it , they'll have a kind
36:08
of a I don't know a guide Sure
36:10
In a way , because they'll either going to see us mess up or learn
36:12
differences .
36:13
I was about to say it depends on
36:15
the week Right , when we're like this is genius
36:18
, I'm doing it the next week , never mind
36:20
.
36:21
I'm just so happy not to have leaf springs . That's
36:23
true . I mean , moride , that would have been the first thing
36:25
we would have done has changed Now that we
36:27
know I'm after losing leaf
36:29
springs like four times and all those .
36:31
You don't have to buy a custom rig in order to get
36:33
that . I know , that's what I'm saying , moride , like we
36:35
did a video on that .
36:37
Yeah , like I would do leaf spring
36:39
or MoRide independent , like out
36:41
of the box period you did that we did that
36:44
I don't . I'm so tired of leaf
36:46
spring and I'll tell you too .
36:48
So does the new coach have that , or is ?
36:49
it in some system , because just think of like a semi
36:52
chassis .
36:52
So I can tell you have you driven a coach with the independence
36:54
Like a normal coach ?
36:56
not your semi . Thing .
36:57
Okay , I'll tell you , going from
36:59
the rig that you saw us in in Texas to
37:01
the current one . It is longer
37:03
, heavier , all those things , and I hardly
37:06
can tell it's even back there anymore . That's awesome , so
37:08
it trust me , it was a . I told her so
37:10
as soon as we take this thing , we are immediately
37:12
going over there and yeah we put all of about
37:14
four and a half miles on our leaf springs . And
37:17
they came off so oh hey , now it's really raining
37:19
, All right . So what are
37:21
travel days going to look like now with the new rig ?
37:24
Well , since we have this new Bronco
37:27
, the thing is is that
37:29
I am scared to
37:32
drive because I don't know what to expect
37:34
, being 77 feet , so
37:36
Sheila has not really driven
37:38
for the last three years and
37:40
so with the Bronco gives her the opportunity
37:42
to do that . But I'm looking at her as
37:44
a pilot car scenario where
37:47
I can be in
37:49
, like Atlanta , georgia , which is horrible . She
37:52
can be behind me , move over to a lane , clear
37:54
the lane so I can make changes .
37:56
That's smart .
37:57
So we only drive that probably
37:59
three to five hours a day anyway
38:02
.
38:02
Okay .
38:03
And we're together 24 seven and
38:05
she hates my driving , so this could be
38:08
like a win-win for a season
38:10
, yeah .
38:12
That's definitely a video .
38:16
It's truth , it'll be a good little break
38:18
time .
38:20
Or be life baby . I mean , there's women
38:22
out there right now going . I know , I know
38:24
that guy .
38:25
I'm pretty sure Lauren only goes on runs for
38:27
a little moment of silence .
38:28
That's the truth .
38:30
And I'm not running . So okay
38:32
, guys . So what are some of the goals
38:34
for the whole thing ? Like we're
38:36
talking big 10 year plans , like is
38:38
it just to keep growing , keep
38:40
growing ? Or are we looking at a hot air
38:42
balloon at the balloon
38:45
fiesta , the big green and white thing ?
38:47
I think the biggest thing really is
38:49
just we take one
38:51
year , one day at a time , and we do
38:54
what we feel like we're led to do , and
38:56
that's all we can do . That's a great
38:59
answer . I love it .
39:00
We've been on the road three years and
39:02
it's hard to believe that this is
39:04
our fourth show . And
39:06
man , I mean think
39:08
about it . That first year a
39:11
thousand subs , one person recognizes
39:13
. Now we're
39:15
sitting there in a spacecraft booth starting
39:17
over . It's like the journey starts over . Like
39:20
hooking up for the first time , driving
39:22
for the first time the fears of everything
39:24
that we had the first time we're starting
39:27
over , but this time we're doing it with
39:29
thousands of people in the
39:31
Switch Crew , and Switch Crew is just not like
39:33
. I don't want to say that it's not independent
39:35
, it's all of us , Like you know
39:38
. If you guys , we had a big event
39:40
and you brought all of your community to
39:42
it , we're all together . We
39:44
just gave an identity to those that are following us
39:46
real close , and that's why the RV
39:48
revolution is a little more neutral and
39:51
it allows all of us to participate and
39:53
to do something .
39:54
Yes , that's awesome . So I do
39:56
have one listener question Are you guys up for that ? Absolutely
39:59
, fire away , fire away . And I have
40:01
a question too , to add to all that .
40:02
Oh , go ahead . So I'll take the first Q&A Did
40:05
you have to get a special license to drive something
40:07
different ?
40:08
Currently I have a non-commercial
40:10
CDL license in the state
40:12
of Kansas , so we are looking
40:15
. We have a month now to figure out and
40:17
go through that , specifically because
40:19
there's a lot of questions that come into play . It
40:22
will not have any logos . It is going
40:24
to be our home . We do call it like
40:26
an event trailer because nobody can wrap their head
40:28
around what it is . Simply
40:30
, it's just our home and we
40:32
have a deck on top that we can sit in
40:34
the balloon you know balloon fiesta and watch
40:37
things happen or send under the stars . There's
40:39
a lot of perks that we can use this thing for , but
40:42
it really is nobody's done anything , so
40:44
it's hard to describe to people . So we just started
40:46
using descriptive words to try to figure
40:49
out how to relay the message .
40:50
Shorten the answer as much as you possibly can .
40:53
But every state has different licensing
40:55
requirements , so everybody just needs to check whatever
40:57
like . In the state of Kansas , what is required
41:00
is different than what is required in the state of Pennsylvania
41:02
.
41:03
So you have to just dig in
41:05
and see what you would need in your state , as
41:07
is full-time RV life , just due diligence across
41:09
the board .
41:10
Absolutely .
41:11
So have you seen the video at this last
41:13
year's balloon fiesta of the balloon hitting the
41:15
top-slash side of the RV ? Yes , do you have
41:17
concerns ?
41:18
No , I think we're just going to catch a ride Like we'll
41:20
just hang on If they hit us
41:22
, we'll just so it's like a sport just stand up on
41:24
that deck . Maybe try to like basketball it or
41:26
something . Yeah , when you watch the doc Extreme hot
41:28
air ballooning yeah that is funny .
41:30
We are not encouraging this , but
41:33
it would be entertaining .
41:33
When you watch the documentary on how the spacecraft's
41:35
made , it's ridiculous Like
41:37
the whole roof is made out of , like thick
41:40
fiberglass . Yeah , I
41:42
was like , will I ever have to worry about hail ? And he started
41:44
laughing . He goes no , we've had him in baseball-sized
41:47
hail .
41:47
Oh .
41:47
He goes , they'll knock off all
41:50
the air conditioners and you'll have all that , but but
41:53
the structure is fine , the structure yeah , so I guess
41:55
we'd be hit by a hot air balloon .
41:56
Is that what you're trying to say ? I don't . I'm thinking that .
41:58
I was about to say let me reframe the question . Yeah , are you concerned
42:00
about hurting a hot air balloon ? Maybe ? Okay
42:02
, that could be a thing .
42:04
Okay , they might take the lights out on top , like
42:06
the string lights . It could be . Yeah , you don't know .
42:09
I just framed the question wrong . I'm sorry .
42:11
Yeah , you're fine . I realized I was dealing with a tank as an RV
42:13
. It's crazy
42:15
to see how it's made . It's solid .
42:17
Okay , so back to our listener question . They
42:19
did not leave their name and I know you've been fielding this one all day
42:21
, and you know that I'm not going to shy away
42:24
from it . Minus give you a little bit of a heads up , which I
42:26
did . So are you worried
42:28
in any capacity that you may lose
42:30
some viewers with the new coach ?
42:34
We know we're going to lose some viewers with
42:36
the new coach , but it doesn't worry me , because
42:39
when you know what you'rewhy you're doing
42:41
it and you know your heart and you know the mission
42:43
and the impact that you're trying to make , that
42:46
comes before everything else . So
42:49
what we're about and what
42:51
we're trying to do is more important than
42:53
somebody's opinion .
42:54
Right , and here's the thing Everyone's
42:56
entitled to their opinion .
42:58
Absolutely .
42:59
And I actually appreciate that when they say
43:01
I don't understand this or it's too big
43:03
, or this , and that it's only because
43:05
, until they see
43:07
what's happening , until they see
43:10
the full scope of how we even pulled this
43:12
off and the sponsors stepping up , they're
43:14
entitled to be having this idea
43:17
of like , well , I'm not going to follow because of
43:19
this , orbut then on the flip side , they're
43:21
like keep going , this is awesome , and
43:23
then all the peopleso people
43:26
will need a time to adjust Like
43:30
I understand that to see what's going to happen
43:32
next but we're notI don't think we're super
43:34
worried on that .
43:36
There's probably a lot of fear
43:38
and ignorance that's portrayed onto
43:40
you because , of their own right
43:42
now , when you do something new , when you're a pioneer
43:44
in a space and you want to try something
43:47
that's just different , we're
43:49
going to take the shots and that's okay
43:51
, because we know our heart , we know
43:53
our mission and we're very focused
43:55
on that .
43:57
God's got it .
43:58
There you go , and that is the perfect ending , right
44:00
there , because that sums it all up .
44:02
Yes , absolutely .
44:03
So thank you guys so much for
44:05
joining us on the podcast . Best
44:07
of luck towing that , todd Sheila . Try your
44:09
hardest not to kill them .
44:10
I will film while he's
44:12
.
44:13
She'll be in the Bronco in the back going . Oh no , this
44:15
is going to be a good one .
44:16
I can't wait for the commentary from her , as
44:18
you're driving .
44:19
She does that a lot .
44:22
There may be more of it now .
44:23
Yes , awesome guys . Well , congratulations .
44:25
Thanks for having us . Congratulations on the new rig . Thank
44:27
you so much .
44:27
We love it . And we got a little added bonus because
44:29
Jason is here and we love Jason too , so we've got
44:31
him to hang out .
44:32
Just so a little side note . Jason is editing
44:35
for ourand he has his channel
44:37
are not so perfect life , but he is editing
44:39
for the documentary because he isyou
44:41
got to know your limitations . Sure , the dude's
44:43
skillful . So the whole documentary
44:46
isit's highs , lows , emotions
44:48
, and I feel like it's
44:51
really something that nobody's done before . So
44:53
I thank him because of the time and energy .
44:55
it's been blessing me , so I'm justI'm sorry
44:58
, I'm working . No , I'm going to go a little bit . Who shot most
45:00
of it ? Is it just kind of the vlog style stuff you did
45:02
, or is it done differently ? We ?
45:03
did it completely different . It's a concept
45:05
. Sheila's like okay , I need to know this
45:07
and that . Well , kind of like you shoot the podcast
45:09
, you don't script anything . So
45:12
it's kind of in my head . And then she's
45:14
like write something down . And
45:17
then she writes , I write down the general
45:19
outline , and then
45:22
we came up with a concept of how it's shot
45:24
, in a structure where people don't get all the
45:26
vloggy shakiness all the time , but
45:28
it isit does flash back and forth and
45:30
it is a story . And Jason's taken that
45:33
and crafted it into a story
45:35
. It reallythe first episode's out
45:37
, it's free . So go RV Revolution
45:39
, episode one , and
45:42
it'sthe way he's done . It is amazing .
45:44
It's telling you , it's different .
45:46
It's Netflix worthy . It's my opinion
45:48
, I think so . Maybe that's next .
45:50
Well , for anybody who doesn't know , Jason is phenomenal
45:52
. He is highly skilled .
45:54
And .
45:54
I agree , y'all are very lucky to have him yeah , yeah
45:56
yeah , yes , we are .
45:58
I'm just watching him , seeing if he's going to react to any
46:00
of this . He's our friend .
