Avani is the CEO of Matcha Design Labs, a Web3 UX Agency. Her team has been designing in the crypto space since 2017 and has worked with some notable clients including Solana and Aptos Labs. Recently, her team, Tap Cash, won 1st place in the Mobile track for Solana's Grizzlyton.

In addition to running her agency, Avani is a business coach for other agency owners. She's on a mission to help service-based entrepreneurs get more clients and scale sustainably to 6-figures and beyond.
