In this episode RTAudio invites Julie Brown to co-host our first on location interview with an individual who has truly shaped the role that RT's play in caring for neonates and pediatrics across the country.  Dr. Don Reid generously gives his time to discuss how our role is so vital to the lives of the most sensitive patients.  We learn about the 1st surfactant delivery, introduction to NIV and the importance of risk assessment.  Dr. Reid is a giant in the field of neonatology and we are all fortunate that we have an advocate like him to support, encourage and push us to be our best.
