The election is coming up in just the next couple weeks, and as we all prepare to make the decision between candidates it’s important that we consider what qualities a leader should have. In this podcast, Elizabethtown College student Max Miller discusses the studies surrounding what qualities a good leader possesses and how our social roles dictate if we are fit to lead.
