Pastor Paula continues her sermon series on The Lord's Prayer by talking about the petition "Save Us From the Time of Trial."  She distinguishes why it is important to see that God does not lead us to temptation but saves us from it and discusses what Luther said were the two central temptations. One is false belief that we are God or need to be in control and the other is despair and belief that there is no God.  These key temptations can lead us to hubris and despondency but when we trust in God, God will save us from these times of trials and guide us to a place of hope.
