Hey , what's up everybody . Welcome back to another
0:02
episode of release the podcast
0:05
. In this episode , I get to interview Austin
0:07
Brady . Austin is a very
0:09
talented videographer , entrepreneur
0:11
and youtuber . We filmed this
0:13
episode three or four months ago in
0:15
his effort to get me to start
0:18
doing season 3 again , and so thank you
0:20
so much , austin , for the encouragement
0:22
. We're getting it out there . This
0:24
episode is coming out a little late
0:26
. It was supposed to come out yesterday but it's coming
0:29
out today . But it's
0:31
really good . There's a lot of great stuff in
0:33
here . I'm excited for you guys to hear
0:35
his released story . Let's
0:37
get into it . Sick
0:46
Austin , thank you so much for being on
0:49
release the podcast . It's
0:51
been a long time coming , but we're doing
0:54
it and so , yeah
0:56
, thanks for being on course . Well
0:58
, without further ado , let's just jump
1:00
into who you are , how
1:02
you grew up and why you wanted
1:05
to go on a mission in the first place . Perfect
1:07
.
1:08
Yeah , so I was born in Sandy
1:11
Murray area and so my parents
1:13
live there for about three years and I
1:16
just remember from like really young , like reading
1:18
the Book of Mormon , or at least listening to the Book
1:20
of Mormon , like the old , like children's
1:22
Book of Mormon stories yeah , those were so
1:25
sick , yeah , and they've updated
1:27
them now , so like the Illustrations
1:30
are a lot more interesting . Nice , kind
1:33
of cool to see that progress .
1:35
The war chapters are pretty dope . Oh yeah
1:37
, I bet the swords .
1:38
Yeah , all the helmets . Yeah
1:40
, no gore , no , I've got to keep
1:43
it clean . Yeah you know we were trying to fill
1:45
spirit . When you're
1:47
with your kids exactly Got
1:49
to be clean , yeah . But I'd listen to these
1:51
stories of the Book of Mormon and hear about
1:54
like the epic adventures of like
1:56
Tiancom or like Ammon
1:58
or Nephi , and like I really looked up to
2:00
those guys's as role models
2:02
Moroni , even to
2:05
specifically captain Moroni , and
2:07
so , yeah , I grew up in Utah
2:10
and then my parents moved to Missouri where
2:12
my dad went to chiropractic school
2:14
and Then we moved to Tennessee
2:16
. So I got kind of like eight
2:18
to ten years inside Utah , got that
2:20
experience and then eight to ten years outside
2:23
of Utah which was kind of cool too . I
2:26
remember being on the school bus and
2:28
one of my friends being like dude , like that's a super
2:30
cool ring , like what does that mean ? Like Christ
2:33
the Rock , I was like Frick
2:36
, yeah , rock dude
2:38
, little CTR ring , and so
2:40
I , you know , growing up in Utah
2:42
but also like in the Bible Belt in the
2:44
south , was kind of fun to yeah
2:46
, at Midwest there's a lot of really good Christians
2:49
and people who love Christ and
2:51
want to follow him . So I had
2:53
the ability to be around people in my same
2:55
faith , but then also people who
2:57
weren't of the exact same faith , that are dominant
3:00
Denomination at least , and going out to
3:02
share so my beliefs . So
3:04
kind of got to be a little missionary
3:06
. Yeah from a young age which is cool , that
3:08
is sick .
3:09
Any experiences that stick
3:12
out to you the most
3:14
, that kind of Formed you
3:16
and made you appreciate living in a place
3:18
that didn't have a ton of LDS kids .
3:20
I think two things were interesting . One
3:22
was my parents taught me and this was more of
3:24
just my our household was Trying
3:27
to keep the Sabbath day holy , and that's
3:29
kind of evolved as I've gotten older and had a more perspective
3:31
. But one thing for my parents was
3:34
like we don't go outside and play with friends
3:36
. Yeah we , we still go
3:38
and like hang out with people or you like write
3:40
cards or give out treats or visit family
3:42
, but it wasn't like we're getting all sweaty
3:44
running around playing basketball or anything , yeah . So
3:47
I remember one day One
3:49
of my buddies came over and he's like , hey , dude , like we're getting
3:51
all the guys together , let's go play ball . And I was like , yeah
3:53
, that'd be sick . So I like , hey , mom , I want to be right
3:56
back , I'm gonna call it play basketball . And
3:58
she was like , hey , like remember what day it is
4:00
? Oh , it's Sunday
4:02
, dang it . It's like , hey
4:04
, dude , I don't play basketball on Sundays
4:07
, but you guys have fun . So I was kind of
4:09
an interesting way and and who's to say that
4:11
basketball is good or bad on Sunday ? But I
4:13
was just a way to remember hey , like this
4:15
is the Lord's Day . How can
4:17
I make it specific for him ? Yeah , maybe
4:19
in some instances that would be appropriate , but
4:21
that was a small thing . People
4:24
asking me like , hey , why don't you drink coke ? Yeah
4:26
, Well . I could drink
4:28
coke but I'm like really young so I'm probably
4:30
not gonna be drinking caffeine or anything right
4:32
now . But trying to explain , like the word
4:34
of wisdom , to other people who really
4:37
love their coffee or , you know , love drinking
4:39
it like family or the coldest
4:41
act , parties and stuff .
4:43
So you got to go to these conversations way
4:45
before the mission , which is yeah yeah
4:47
, cuz a lot of us Utah missionaries
4:50
Just like just give up
4:52
coffee . Yeah , what's the big deal
4:54
.
4:54
So at least I got a little bit the Outside
4:57
of Utah experience where I knew where these people
4:59
were coming from . I knew that there was a lot of good Christian
5:01
people that wanted to follow Christ , that had
5:03
different perspectives , different Places
5:05
where they grew up , and so even on
5:07
my mission , even though I left from
5:09
Utah for my mission , I would tell people that I was , you
5:12
know , from Tennessee , because I lived outside
5:14
of Utah for so long . I wanted to
5:16
give them a different perspective than just , oh
5:19
, here's some white , you know
5:21
elder from Utah that doesn't know anything
5:23
. Hopefully to say like , hey , like I , I
5:27
may understand more of what you're going through because
5:29
I didn't just come out of
5:31
some factory in Provo . Yeah , exactly
5:33
.
5:33
That's great . Yeah , so you
5:36
put in your papers what year .
5:39
But my papers . I think it was 2017
5:41
in a 2017 .
5:43
Okay birthdays in January and then oh yeah , that's
5:45
when I met you , yeah 2017
5:48
.
5:48
Yeah , we met . My parents were in a In
5:50
a business together , we're in business together
5:53
and I met towel , like
5:55
right before my mission , and you just got
5:57
back from Scotland , ireland , yeah , that's
5:59
so sick foreign . You know
6:02
mission , you spoke
6:04
.
6:05
I spoke . English .
6:06
Yeah , but the accents were crazy . Accents
6:08
were crazy .
6:09
Yeah , picked up a couple phrases in
6:11
Portuguese and Chinese .
6:13
Oh , I bet , but yeah , I heard Dublin's
6:15
like I had a friend who served the same mission and Dublin
6:18
was like a melting pot so
6:20
many different people .
6:21
Yeah , tons of Brazilians , mm-hmm
6:23
, like loads , almost
6:27
more than there are Irish people . Just
6:29
crazy . Yeah , it's crazy of
6:32
all places . So you got your
6:34
call and where were
6:36
you called ?
6:37
So I got my call . It was called to the Nebraska
6:39
Omaha mission . We called it numb , so
6:42
back in numb Kind
6:45
of a funny phrase that we had . If
6:47
you're from the non mission , you know yeah . And
6:50
I was disappointed . I knew I wasn't gonna go internationally
6:54
Because of how I filled out my papers
6:56
. I knew there was a couple things that would bar
6:59
me from international service , just
7:01
some personal health choices that chose
7:03
to make . But I was excited
7:05
to serve in the United States . I thought Tennessee
7:07
be kind of cool . To go back to the Bible belt , yeah
7:10
, east Coast would be interesting . I've never , you know
7:12
, had never lived out there at that point . Or maybe West
7:14
Coast would be cool too . And it was
7:16
Nebraska , smack dab in the middle
7:18
of the United States . And I was low key , a little
7:20
disappointed . You know , I wasn't maybe as hyped
7:22
as someone else being called
7:25
to say somewhere they wanted to be Mm-hmm
7:27
. But very quickly I felt
7:29
that it was where I needed to go and
7:31
I felt Excited about it . I knew
7:33
that there was gonna be people or experiences
7:36
I was gonna have there . That would be Worth
7:38
it . Yeah , maybe serving somewhere that
7:40
wasn't as exciting and ended
7:42
up being exactly that .
7:44
That's awesome , dang . Yeah
7:46
, tell me a little bit about that mission , any
7:51
transformative moment that
7:53
you might have had While
7:55
while on the mission , whether that was like somebody
7:58
in the street that said something to you , a convert
8:00
, your mission president , whatever
8:03
it was , mm-hmm , tell me about that
8:05
.
8:06
Yeah . So for the mission I reported
8:08
to the MTC this was way before COVID
8:10
and so I got to have those three weeks of experience
8:13
. I was really obsessed
8:15
with Iceland still am , yeah , and
8:17
they were flying the Iceland flag at the MTC
8:19
, which means that there's someone serving
8:22
in that mission who's gonna go to that mission , yeah
8:24
. So I tracked down the elder . He was there for nine
8:26
weeks learning Icelandic , oh my
8:28
god . So I followed his mission , which was really cool . It
8:30
was fun to be in that , experiencing all these missionaries
8:33
, dedicated , excited
8:35
to serve , learning different languages
8:37
. And so I Went
8:39
out with about three or four other
8:41
elders and a couple sisters . So
8:43
we got to Nebraska , got to meet our
8:45
mission president , which we had for one transfer
8:48
. Then they switched mission presidents , so
8:50
that was kind of interesting and Then
8:53
started serving in kind of a more
8:55
boony area out in the sticks and
8:58
also got the city experience too . But
9:01
from all those areas I served in and from
9:03
all the people , the companions that I had
9:05
, I think the biggest thing that
9:07
I learned was compassion and empathy
9:09
For people . I learned that
9:11
people are more important than things
9:13
, than schedules , than
9:16
analytics , than numbers . I
9:18
was very much the kind of person who was
9:20
strict with the schedule . I loved waking
9:23
up at like 5 am 6 am
9:25
. I love going to bed at a good time . I loved having
9:27
a schedule .
9:28
I am for me .
9:29
No before the mission . So sleeping
9:31
into 6 30 was like there
9:33
was a vacation for me almost .
9:35
Dang , I kept myself very strict
9:38
. Maybe I was one of the elders a morning
9:40
person oh yeah , I'm a person . Yeah
9:42
, I . I wake up at night .
9:44
Yeah , and so yeah I
9:47
don't know , kind of weird like that . So that
9:50
aspect was not hard for me . I found a
9:52
lot of joy in that . I fell a lot of peace . But
9:54
I had companions who live
9:57
differently , probably someone like you . They
9:59
Didn't like waking up early
10:01
. I love staying up late , um . Or
10:04
for other people that maybe struggle with schedules
10:06
or following very strict rules I mean , being
10:09
religious is more of a strict lifestyle in general
10:11
, yeah , and then you add on top of it missionary
10:14
service . We're representing an organization
10:16
, a church , and that was
10:18
tough for a lot of my companions . There was things
10:20
that was difficult for me too , but I had
10:23
to learn that I'm not here
10:26
to be a perfect person
10:28
. I'm not here to Flex
10:32
on numbers or on people
10:34
that I helped . It was more of how
10:36
can I become a friend to those
10:38
that I'm serving ? How can I be
10:41
a support , a good
10:43
companion to those that I was working with , and
10:45
Some of the hardest companions
10:47
have ended up becoming some of my best friends
10:49
because of those experiences . We went together and
10:52
realizing that when I let go of
10:54
what I wanted , what elder
10:56
Brady wanted , and realized , okay , what
10:58
is God , what ? How can I help people
11:00
, then that's helped a lot that's helped
11:03
in my life now realizing
11:05
, when I did summer sales , when I'm
11:07
doing Content online
11:09
, rather than thinking how can I make
11:11
myself look cool or how can I get
11:13
big numbers , analytics , how
11:16
can I focus on connecting with someone , finding
11:19
and value that they need , giving them that value
11:22
. I've seen immense success , so that
11:24
was kind of a cool way to Learn
11:26
a good life principle , but then also a
11:29
business , a social friendship principle
11:31
too . Totally .
11:32
It's just like that Thomas
11:34
S Monson quote where he says
11:36
never let a problem to be solved
11:38
become more important than a person to be served
11:40
. You always
11:43
have the best quotes some
11:45
do all up . I just remember the
11:47
good ones , and , and President
11:49
Monson had a lot of them , he did
11:51
, but it's so true , as
11:53
soon as you let red
11:56
tape , regimen
11:59
or Structure
12:01
become more important than somebody's
12:04
need , then Then
12:07
what's the point ? Yeah , what's the
12:09
point of serving a mission
12:11
if you're not serving the people in that
12:13
mission ? Yeah , and that includes the investigators
12:16
, the companions , the church
12:18
members , all of them . And
12:20
so , yeah , that
12:23
is probably one of the best lessons you could
12:25
have learned while on the mission . Yeah
12:27
, that is awesome . Is there a specific instance
12:29
that might have ? Like
12:34
, would , would drive that point home
12:36
? Kind of like , maybe
12:38
you were one way , you were a Little
12:41
too strict , and then you
12:43
had a moment where you're like , dang , I
12:46
need to forget this rule and help
12:48
this person out .
12:50
There were so many experiences . It
12:53
was fun because I think the Lord
12:55
was really trying to humble me . I
12:57
Went on my mission and
13:00
I had the opportunity to be trained by an amazing
13:02
elder , elder deroture . He was the
13:04
best trainer you could imagine then
13:07
had the opportunity to help train
13:09
Right
13:11
after , right after , twice , right after
13:13
which was crazy . I didn't feel very adequate
13:15
for that and we
13:17
had immense success . My first training . I had
13:19
immense success . I was feeling really good . I was
13:21
like , okay , I got that . I got this missionary thing like on
13:24
lockdown . Yeah , we're just gonna cruise
13:26
, we got this . Second
13:28
trainee was way more difficult . We
13:30
saw way less success . It was a new area and
13:34
I was really focusing on like numbers
13:36
and how can we be strict
13:38
on our schedule . And Then
13:40
after that I had six months , so two
13:42
companions back to back . They were
13:44
in very similar circumstances . They were
13:46
both three months away from going home and
13:48
I had them for two months each Dang
13:50
. They both were really obsessed with sisters
13:53
in the mission . Oh , dang , they loved
13:55
those mission . I know
13:57
from ants . I know they
14:00
loved , you know , casually shopping . They
14:02
loved Maybe being a little
14:05
more lax with the rules . They really enjoyed
14:07
Just doing things
14:09
that weren't like super strict . Some
14:12
of that was maybe more disobedient . A lot of it
14:14
wasn't , was just more of a laxadaisical
14:16
style , and I'm very much like
14:18
scheduled to the tea , like every 15 to
14:20
30 minutes Maybe not 15 , but 30 minutes
14:22
was like scheduled like K yeah , comp
14:25
study , personal study , proselyting
14:27
, knocking doors , lessons , member
14:29
dinner , keeping member dinner short , like all
14:32
this stuff , because that's how I felt
14:34
like I was being productive , it's how I feel like I was
14:36
being obedient . And there
14:39
was one time where my
14:41
companion he was like , hey , I
14:44
know you want to go knock doors because
14:46
that's what we should be doing according
14:48
to scheduling , but
14:50
we have a new member
14:52
and they
14:55
were married to a member
14:57
who's becoming more active hmm
14:59
, so a part-member family , had he just
15:01
gotten baptized and they
15:04
want to watch the passion of Christ With
15:07
us . I was like we're hanging
15:09
out with members , we're watching a
15:11
rated R movie , but
15:13
we're just sitting around like sacks . That was
15:15
a big thing of my mission was being a sack .
15:17
It was just sitting around like what a sacks
15:20
, do they just sit ?
15:21
so yeah , people sacks and
15:24
I was like what are we doing
15:26
? Like that's not what we're supposed to be doing right
15:28
now . Yeah , and we went . We ended
15:30
up caving . I'd have choose , picked my battles
15:32
. I guess we went over there Watch
15:35
passion the Christ . Highly recommend that movie
15:37
. Really good , definitely violent .
15:39
I've only seen the crucifixion
15:41
.
15:42
Yeah , brutal , brutal holy
15:45
cat , and that's just the crucifixion . Imagine what
15:47
Christ experienced .
15:48
Yeah , with the atonement seriously , yeah , and
15:51
I saw a little evil baby
15:53
Satan .
15:54
Yes .
15:54
That was weird .
15:55
Yeah , satan in that movie is a little off
15:57
. I don't , I don't like that .
15:59
They could cut him out and the rest would be pretty good .
16:01
But , yeah , so we're watching this movie really
16:04
good . Um , I wouldn't
16:06
say it was spiritual , but I felt . I Felt
16:09
very emotional . It was a very interesting
16:11
experience to see what that was like
16:13
. But then also be there
16:15
for these members like why would
16:17
we go knock and potentially
16:20
get rejected all evening , whereas
16:22
and we could work and love
16:25
and support this new couple who
16:27
had one of their , you know , one of them had just gone
16:29
baptized . The other spouse was getting
16:32
reactivated . Show them we care about
16:34
them , help integrate them with the ward
16:36
and not be so
16:38
stickler about those things . So
16:41
, who knows , maybe if my mission president watches this , he's
16:43
like everybody . That was not what you're supposed to do , I mean
16:45
. But in the moment and afterwards I feel like you
16:47
know what that was a really pivotal moment , probably because it was
16:50
just so shocking of what a contrast
16:52
. Yeah , I realized that those people
16:54
and my companion were more important
16:56
to love , to serve , to be empathetic
16:59
Towards , to be more relaxed
17:01
. Then try to just follow a schedule
17:03
and just cut things off . Yeah , because
17:06
in certain moments you need to just follow what
17:09
the spirit directs or what you just feel
17:11
may be the more humane and
17:13
Interpersonal
17:15
. Then just . Finding
17:17
a schedule and be like hey schedule
17:20
says this , just go do that . Mm-hmm .
17:22
It's so true I this
17:25
is actually a really interesting theme that's
17:27
been brought up in this podcast several
17:30
times now . Because I was very much
17:32
like a Stickler
17:35
, I guess I wouldn't say that
17:37
, but yeah , I
17:39
stuck to the schedule as a hard worker
17:41
. If
17:43
my companion that was a sack . We
17:46
call them wasters waiters every
17:49
mission is probably got their own .
17:50
Yeah .
17:52
If you wanted to do something like
17:55
lazy , then
17:57
I would kind of like fight back . But
18:01
it is such a Interesting
18:04
topic because we all know obedience
18:06
is good Of course , actually does get a bad
18:08
rap a lot of times . But
18:10
there are
18:12
times when you , the
18:15
rules , aren't the
18:17
right answer and
18:20
you need to be obedient
18:23
enough , close to the spirit enough
18:25
to know when , to know when . The
18:28
rules don't give you the answer to everything
18:30
. Yeah , and so going
18:32
over spending time with new
18:35
member Coming back
18:37
to church , a spouse and
18:39
your companion that might be just
18:41
needing it is the right
18:44
thing to do and I
18:46
think I would add like of course was a rated
18:48
our movie , but it was a literally
18:50
about Christ .
18:51
Yeah , it's about and so that's probably a way
18:53
better thing than maybe watching some
18:55
other rated our film or other
18:57
film , no matter what the rating , because
19:00
you know and this is something
19:02
that we talked about a lot is like the letter of the law , the
19:04
spirit of law , I think almost just understanding
19:06
like be intentional , right
19:08
, if your time is just to knock
19:10
doors and knock doors , that's not intentional . Yeah
19:13
if you're gonna go be with a member and
19:15
help bring the spirit , hopefully help
19:18
one of their friends , help teach the
19:20
gospel like bringing , like
19:22
. Our purpose is to bring people , invite people
19:24
to come Into Christ mm-hmm so
19:26
if we can invite someone to come into Christ by
19:29
helping them have a transformative experience
19:31
watching a film , great yeah
19:33
, huge .
19:34
Your mission is coming to an end , correct
19:36
? You're getting ready to go home . Tell
19:39
us about what you were expecting
19:41
and what ended up happening .
19:43
Yeah , I think this is gonna
19:46
be true for every missionary Expectations
19:48
will always be completely different than reality . For
19:51
me , again , god has great humor
19:53
. It couldn't be further from my expectations
19:56
. So I left in May
19:58
of 2018 and it was interesting
20:00
because the plaque that they made for me said
20:03
I was coming home in April of
20:05
2020 . Mmm and
20:07
my parents were like that's weird , cuz , that's not two years
20:09
. Well , when did I come home ? April
20:12
of 2020 . So I had to come home six
20:14
weeks early because that was when the world
20:16
was shutting down and the church was
20:18
saying hey , anyone who's over I think it's like 21
20:21
or 23 months or whatever it needs to be
20:23
sent home so we can make room for
20:25
this influx of Missionaries
20:28
who are from the United States , that we're serving foreign
20:30
missions yeah , so
20:33
in our mission we have a tradition of sharing
20:35
your , like , final testimony . Everyone
20:38
going to home that chance forgot to go up in zone conference
20:40
share their testimony . Well , there was no zone
20:42
conference , no testimony
20:44
. Yeah , supposed to have an exit interview
20:46
where you talk with your mission president , talk
20:49
about girls , talk about college , like all the
20:51
fun things coming up . Yeah , no interview
20:53
, dang we literally were you bummed ? Oh
20:56
, I was super bummed . I was tight with my mission
20:58
president . I loved him , respected him a lot and
21:01
, yeah , presidents was awesome . So
21:04
they get that . We're just sitting around . We can't do
21:06
any of the normal activities like go to the temple
21:08
, go to the Trail Center we had a
21:10
visitor center and our mission next
21:12
to the temple . We couldn't really play
21:14
games or hang out . There really wasn't anything
21:16
else to do besides watch like
21:18
church movies . I guess the district
21:21
Testament district estimates
21:23
Fighting preacher you know
21:25
that kind of stuff . Great
21:28
films . So I was like
21:30
man , this is interesting . And then they put
21:32
us up in a hotel before we went because we had to
21:34
kind of be separated quarantine from everybody
21:36
. So we're sitting in the hotel
21:39
room and Our
21:41
mission present gave us permission to watch a movie
21:43
. Because he's like there's nothing else to do , yeah , watch Blindside
21:46
. It's like man I'm another great film so disobedient
21:49
watching a non-church movie . But even
21:51
though president told you yeah he said
21:53
we could , and it's Blindside like yeah it's a great
21:55
film , yeah . So I'm like , man , this
21:57
whole thing is not what I expected . And
22:00
then come to find out that you couldn't
22:02
have anyone At the airport
22:04
besides your parents no siblings , no
22:06
friends . My former mission president
22:09
Normally visits his
22:11
misshers when they come home . Could he could come
22:13
and I literally felt
22:15
like it was straight out of the RM , because
22:17
I roll up . Everyone else's families
22:19
are there , and my parents were chronically
22:22
late to everything they're like
22:24
we tried to get there on
22:26
time , but we're 30 minutes late and
22:28
your like plane was 15 minutes early , so I'm
22:30
sitting on my luggage for like you
22:32
walk out like this yeah . So
22:36
I'm sitting there seeing everyone else get their hugs and
22:38
I'm just like cool , well , welcome
22:41
to welcome to life at home . So
22:43
they picked me up , drive me the two hours
22:45
back to where we lived in Cache Valley , finally
22:48
get to see my siblings . They had signs made for me
22:50
but they weren't there . So I'm like looking
22:52
at the signs in the van like cool guys , thank
22:54
you Could be with my mission
22:57
or my stake president . So
22:59
he released me over the phone , that's
23:01
we didn't get a talk in church as a like a homecoming
23:03
talk . Didn't see it , my friends , because
23:06
there I was , like one of the oldest of my friends they're
23:08
all missions or just
23:10
quarantined somewhere else . Yeah , it's
23:12
like man , I didn't serve a mission for
23:14
this , but it's kind of a cherry
23:16
on top to be like congrats , yeah
23:19
, it gives you closure , yeah
23:21
, closure especially . Yeah , and no
23:23
missionary special , don't expect everybody
23:25
like cheer you on when you get home . You're one of thousands
23:28
of missionaries , but
23:30
it's nice to feel a little appreciated
23:32
it feels nice to feel like the hero , exactly
23:35
. Yeah , yeah , because we treat missionaries
23:37
like heroes when they leave . You want to feel that
23:39
way and you come home and it is tough . Two years
23:41
is tough , year and a half is tough , or
23:44
however long you serve . So that was a big
23:46
, big change . And
23:48
then after that it was like well , churches
23:51
masked up Quarantined
23:53
people are using Sanitas , you know , like crazy
23:56
sanitization , and so it was
23:58
very odd Coming home to
24:00
like a completely different world
24:02
where church is different . I
24:05
was planning on moving out like immediately . I didn't
24:07
know if I was gonna go to college or just do work
24:09
. But I was like , man , I don't , things are kind of on
24:12
unstable footing , so move
24:14
back home , I
24:17
Move back home , basically . And
24:19
I didn't know what was really gonna happen
24:21
. So I was feeling like dang , I wanted to come home , hit
24:24
up college or hit up work , move out , get
24:26
roommates start dating . You know stuff
24:28
like that . Yeah and there
24:30
really wasn't places to go meet girls
24:32
, to go hang out with friends
24:34
, so fuck it very lonely , I feel
24:36
like that .
24:37
That would be so lonely and church . Was
24:41
your ward meeting or were they
24:43
quarantining ?
24:44
there . It depended on the week I had
24:46
my homeward . I didn't even think I went to my homeward
24:49
when I got back because they Either
24:51
they weren't meeting , but I think some more I say
24:53
awards were meeting . So I went
24:55
to my local steak YSA
24:57
and then I also went to a college
24:59
YSA up at USU . Oh nice
25:01
, with some friends , switch off . Yeah , we'd have
25:04
come follow me sessions afterwards as things started
25:06
easing up , which was good , that's good . So
25:08
Dang .
25:09
Yeah , dude , that's nuts . Yeah
25:12
, I always felt bad for the
25:14
missionaries coming home around that time . We're
25:16
having to get sent home around that
25:18
time just cuz I'm like it's
25:20
not what everybody's dreaming
25:23
of . No , Because
25:25
people dream when they're coming
25:27
home . That's part of the big truckiness .
25:29
It is Either you're thinking about how cool that
25:31
will be or you're trying not to think about it , but
25:33
it's like kind of a reward
25:35
for the end of staying strong
25:37
hopefully Totally .
25:39
Yeah , here's
25:41
my question . You're married now
25:43
.
25:44
I am . How did that happen ? I
25:46
don't even know . Dude .
25:48
And she seems so cool .
25:50
She is awesome . Yeah , so
25:53
Lizzie and I actually we serve in the same mission . That's
25:55
how it happened . Kissing
25:58
on penis . Mission
26:00
romance baby the interesting thing about that
26:03
and I think the God like directed
26:05
that or at least helped with that in some
26:07
way , because I'm someone
26:09
who kept my heart locked by my eyes
26:11
open . Of course I was talking to sisters
26:14
, maybe soft learning with sisters
26:16
, that type of thing , making friends , getting emails
26:18
but I was trying to stay focused
26:20
and so there was nothing
26:22
. I was never in a situation where
26:25
I was like distracted by
26:27
sisters , which is I'm grateful for that
26:29
. Although , meeting
26:32
Lizzie on the mission , because I served with
26:34
her and around her and
26:36
she was dating somebody at the time , writing
26:39
them , and because
26:41
of my attitude like we never really talked
26:43
a ton , there was never any like conversation
26:46
or like strong friendship , and
26:49
so I was just my goofy self , just goofy
26:51
all the way , doing my thing , sharing my
26:53
political beliefs , my religious beliefs my
26:55
health beliefs , my educational beliefs
26:57
. If there's something
26:59
mainstream , I probably disagree
27:01
with it . I'm probably the opposite
27:04
of that . So she got to see how crazy
27:06
I was and she still
27:08
liked it . And the cool thing is she served
27:10
in the same area , started her mission
27:13
the same area . I started my mission Dang
27:15
, that's sick and we had a lot of success and love
27:17
the members and had a lot of great opportunities
27:19
there , and so everyone was just
27:22
talking about man you know , we haven't
27:24
had sisters in 20 years . It was all elders
27:26
and some of them were good , some of them weren't , but
27:28
elder Brady , man , we just loved elder Brady
27:30
. That's so sad . Members were hyping me up so
27:33
she was like who's this ? Elder Brady Didn't
27:35
even realize it was her zone leader at the time
27:37
. And then we , we
27:39
finally met , but we served around each other . I think
27:41
I was in the same zone as her for
27:43
five transfers , her first five transfers
27:46
. So she talked
27:49
to her one of her , uh , she
27:51
talked to her companion and she was like man
27:53
, I just I see you and elder Brady together . I don't know
27:56
what it is . You've reminded me of each other . She
27:58
finally got courage up to hand me
28:00
a sticky note and then she
28:02
chickened out and right and
28:04
I was . I was moved . I was being transferred
28:06
up to Minnesota from Lincoln , nebraska
28:09
, which is forever away . And
28:11
so her campaign is like no , you have to do this . She
28:13
grabs the sticky note . She's like elder
28:15
Brady , come back , we have a referral
28:18
for you . I was like , oh
28:20
sick , we're going to go baptize this family , or
28:22
like sort of them somehow . And I get the sticky
28:24
note and they like squeal out of there . It's
28:26
like like drive their car out . I
28:28
opened up a sticky note . It was
28:31
like Eloymissureyorg . It's like
28:33
a I just got a , it's
28:35
got a referral boys . So
28:37
when I went home I emailed
28:39
her and so there was no romantic
28:42
or flirting or interest on
28:44
the mission . I'm so grateful for that
28:46
Cause I probably would have beat myself up or
28:48
, being the really strict and
28:51
sometimes a very suitable
28:53
missionary that I was , so we'd call
28:55
it , yeah . And so
28:57
we wrote for eight or nine months and she
28:59
got home and we started dating
29:02
. So she stayed out there when COVID
29:04
hit . She did nine months , bro .
29:05
That was rough Half her
29:08
mission , did she get back home and you guys started dating
29:10
, right ?
29:11
away . That wasn't the plan I
29:13
wanted to . Just I was like when you get home
29:15
, like we're just friends . She was like was
29:17
kind of flirting an email but
29:19
I was like no , like we're just friends , like we need
29:21
to actually see who each other
29:23
are as people , not
29:26
just missionaries , cause your personality
29:28
kind of changes a little bit on the mission versus off
29:30
the mission . So but
29:32
I went to her homecoming . Her mom
29:34
and sister were like obsessed with me . They
29:36
were like follow me on socials , inviting me down
29:39
to stuff . So I like I already
29:41
, met like two or three of her sisters and
29:43
her mom , like right off the bat . Yeah
29:45
, just kind of weird that's so funny
29:48
yeah .
29:50
Well , your views . I'm
29:52
going to hear what your thoughts are on
29:54
those mission romances
29:57
and stuff , because they're
29:59
very discouraged . They
30:01
are now and then they
30:04
work out . Well , not that you guys
30:06
had a romance on the mission but I
30:08
want to have missionaries meet up afterwards
30:10
.
30:10
Yeah , I don't know our . So
30:13
the I was just at a mission reunion
30:15
, my original mission president , chad Gardner
30:17
he had . It was
30:19
like between I don't want to get it wrong it was like 40
30:22
to 60 couples over
30:25
the three years that he served and
30:27
I know at least 20 from my
30:29
friends . Oh my gosh . The Nebraska
30:31
what mission is a breeding ?
30:33
ground for a record . I've never
30:35
heard of that .
30:36
It was . Everyone was getting married to that Holy
30:38
crap . And some were definitely on
30:40
mission friendships
30:43
and flirting and conversations and
30:45
you kind of do like I don't know about Ellen
30:47
sister or so , and so like they're probably going to get married afterwards
30:49
. Yeah , I'm biased
30:51
, because it was that's how I met
30:53
my wife . Yeah , it worked out . It
30:55
did .
30:57
I think I think too many people Were there a lot
30:59
of bad situations though .
31:01
There were some that were less than
31:04
good . Yeah , yeah , but
31:07
nothing crazy like Africa , like stories
31:09
I hear from foreign missions
31:11
. Africa . There
31:14
was no Hinky Pinky or anything like that . That's good
31:16
. Yeah , it was all above bar . Yeah
31:19
. As far as I know I
31:21
don't know , dude , I think I'm biased but I would
31:23
say that a lot of
31:25
people want to . If they're a member of
31:27
the church and they want to continue staying strong
31:30
in the gospel , they're encouraged
31:32
to find someone who's also a member , especially
31:36
missionaries . A lot of girls are
31:38
encouraged , married RM and
31:40
now that there's a lot of sisters who go out and serve
31:43
, a lot of guys are looking for returned sister
31:45
missionaries . Just because you served
31:47
a mission doesn't mean anything
31:49
. We both know missionaries who made
31:51
it and weren't dedicated
31:54
weren't maybe as compatible as
31:56
you think they would . So I think it's important
31:58
to recognize that , although If
32:01
you're trying to find a spouse that has similar values
32:03
, maybe going to a college that holds
32:05
those values , serving a mission
32:07
, where you can find people who are also dedicatedly
32:10
serving , is important , but more so
32:12
than just finding a returned missionary
32:14
, finding someone who's dedicated to the
32:16
gospel , whether they've served or not , is
32:18
way more important . So I highly
32:21
recommend , if someone is serving a mission
32:23
or knows some
32:25
cool people from their mission , like
32:27
you , have so much in common , so many stories
32:29
, so many experiences , spiritual experiences
32:32
that you can connect with , and I
32:34
know a ton of really solid couples that have
32:36
come out of my mission and other missions
32:39
and I think that's so cool yeah
32:42
and it makes it easy to go back and visit the mission . Oh
32:44
it does . If we're driving through Nebraska it's
32:46
not boring like most people , we're like remember
32:49
someone's home , remember this experience .
32:50
Especially since you guys had the same first
32:52
area we did .
32:54
It's amazing , yeah so we actually weird
32:57
full circle . We're driving
32:59
out to do cells in Boston and
33:01
we both stayed and slept at a member's
33:03
house that we had both served around
33:05
and I was like , man , this is kind of weird
33:08
, sleeping in the same bed as a sister
33:10
missionary that I served in the mission with
33:12
. That is hilarious A little
33:14
odd .
33:15
Yeah , that is so funny .
33:16
But hey , sometimes crazy things happen .
33:17
Crazy things happen .
33:19
That's the beauty of life , it is
33:21
Dang . So , yeah , highly recommend
33:23
marrying someone from your mission if you
33:25
find someone that's dedicated , but
33:28
definitely don't recommend getting distracted
33:30
on the mission .
33:31
Yeah , don't go out , for
33:33
that reason A lot of sisters did .
33:36
The only reason they were out there is because they're like I
33:38
want to find an elder . Good for
33:40
you , but maybe serve the Lord . Yeah
33:43
, serve the Lord .
33:44
It'll be more likely that you'll find an elder
33:46
if you serve the Lord . I think so . And have that be
33:48
your focus . Exactly . It's
33:50
kind of like the I
33:54
forgot what it's called , but it's kind of like an ever
33:56
eluding , like an
33:58
ever elusive goal
34:00
. Whenever you're trying
34:02
to reach it , it doesn't happen
34:04
. But , as soon as you let , go and
34:07
let go let God , let go , let God
34:10
. I've actually never heard that
34:12
.
34:12
Really yeah , but it sounds like a good phrase Let go
34:14
, let God Don't quote me , it's from someone
34:16
else . Yeah , it's a good one , though that's a good phrase .
34:19
But as soon as you do that and you
34:21
start focusing on the right things , the
34:24
blessings will come . And
34:26
so I
34:28
forgot . There was an example of a guy who
34:30
had a stutter and he
34:33
was trying to get on this bus . And
34:38
he was trying to get on the bus for free . And
34:40
so he went up to the bus driver said hey
34:43
, can I get on the bus for free ? I have a stutter . But
34:45
he said it perfectly . He's like what
34:47
the heck he's like ? No , I promise
34:49
you , I have a stutter . And he said it perfectly
34:52
again Wow . And then he
34:54
realized when he was trying to convince
34:56
people he had a stutter , he
34:58
did . He didn't Interesting , but every other
35:01
time he did . Kind
35:04
of funny . Maybe it's just your brain does that
35:06
, but also just like goals
35:09
in general , if you
35:11
have good intention behind the goals , if they're
35:13
the right goals , god wants to
35:15
bless you . Yeah , he does and so he's
35:18
going to . And
35:20
that's what happened with you . You found an amazing
35:22
sister missionary and
35:24
then , after the mission , after you were done
35:27
serving him and focusing on
35:29
him , the opportunity opened
35:31
up . Yeah , and you guys are
35:33
a great couple .
35:34
I was like almost sure it was someone I knew from before
35:36
the mission or someone I would meet like in
35:39
college . I did not expect . Yeah
35:41
. It's meeting someone in the mission . Yeah , the
35:43
interesting thing . With that in mind , with goals
35:45
in general and I've done this and this could be a
35:47
whole podcast episode the topic of
35:50
just writing down what you want
35:52
and then focusing on what
35:54
you can do to become like that
35:57
person who would be able to receive that . Yeah . But
35:59
every single girl
36:02
I dated , or new in high school friends
36:04
I had in high school , I was always like writing
36:06
down notes , evaluating people , even
36:09
on the mission . You're living with these
36:11
companions and so you have a lot of friction
36:14
of just like living with someone . So you figure out , like
36:16
what are some personality traits , what are some behaviors
36:19
you like or maybe you don't like
36:21
, I don't like , yeah . And then girls I dated after
36:23
the mission too , because as soon
36:25
as I got home I wasn't waiting around for
36:27
Lizzie . I was like dating like crazy
36:30
, to meet a lot of
36:32
different people , to make some friends , to build , to
36:34
understand who I liked
36:36
and who I needed to become , to be prepared
36:39
for marriage . And
36:41
as I was writing down this list , I was like , hey
36:44
, then it was specific , highly
36:46
recommend whatever you want . Write down exact
36:48
details . So I'm like height , ethnicity
36:53
, nationality , religion attributes
36:57
, family attributes you marry their family
36:59
just as much as you marry a person . So
37:01
I had like exactly what I wanted
37:03
, locked down , written all
37:05
the way out . And then I was like , hey
37:07
, now , instead of like hyper focusing on comparing
37:10
every girl to this list , I'm
37:12
just going to leave that for God to
37:14
be able to help me with . Now , who
37:16
would I need to become to attract that
37:19
caliber of woman ? Because it
37:21
was a lot . I was like I don't know
37:23
if I'm in a position right now where
37:25
I could maybe score a
37:27
girl like that . And so , as
37:29
I was writing all these things down and becoming more
37:31
like that person , then
37:35
God had already preplanned and
37:37
pre-helped me find people who would
37:39
be , because there's no soulmate , but
37:42
you can find amazing people who
37:44
will be part
37:46
of that , and it happened to
37:48
be Lizzie . And if the scary thing is , if
37:50
you look at that original list , identical
37:53
to who Lizzie is , that's
37:56
amazing .
37:57
I actually have a question about goals . You
38:00
are somebody you're
38:02
very passionate and very tenacious
38:04
about a lot of things , but
38:07
in terms of business
38:09
and education , did
38:12
you do the same thing , write
38:14
out your goals of who you wanted to become
38:16
, what you wanted to do , what
38:19
opportunities you wanted to come your way ? Could you tell ? Me
38:21
a little bit about that .
38:23
So I haven't gone to college
38:25
, probably will never go to college . I knew
38:28
from a young age I wanted to be an entrepreneur . I
38:30
wanted to do photography for a while . Then
38:32
that moved into videography and filmmaking
38:35
. But as soon as I got home from the
38:37
mission I was like , hey , I'm doing video , so I need to learn video
38:39
editing software . I
38:41
need to get myself a camera . So
38:43
I have old vision boards where I
38:45
have the exact camera , the lens
38:47
, the mic , set up , everything I
38:49
wanted or needed . I
38:52
remembered full-time filmmaker back when I
38:54
saw that in high school , so I went and purchased that and started
38:56
seeing all these creators . And
38:58
so in business and in career
39:01
, I have exactly what I want Earlier
39:03
this year . This is really cool . I maybe I should
39:05
show a screenshot of this , but I
39:07
had okay . I want to partner
39:09
with these specific brands
39:12
. I want to work
39:14
with these specific people . I want to
39:16
become like these specific people . These
39:18
are the social goals I want to have . And
39:21
halfway through the year I looked
39:23
at it and I was like , oh my gosh
39:25
, I wasn't even close . These were like
39:27
massive goals . I wasn't
39:29
even close to them at the beginning of the year . And
39:32
now it's like October and
39:35
I'm working with FilmLab
39:37
, partnering with FilmLab . I wasn't working
39:39
with FilmLab in January , february , there
39:42
was no opportunity . I was like
39:44
I'm going to work with Mitchell Thane , thane
39:46
Brothers and FilmLab , and now we're here , I'm
39:50
going to partner with Onset Black . I have no idea how . Now
39:54
I've done at least three or four different partnerships with them
39:56
. Crazy , had no really connections . Love
39:58
the brand , wanted to do something with
40:00
them . I wanted to have X amount
40:02
of subscribers . I had like
40:04
600 . And then , with
40:07
a matter of a couple of weeks , it blew up to like
40:09
2600 now and
40:11
I want to hit 5k by the end of the year . By the end of the year is
40:13
my new goal . It was 1000 . And
40:15
I think I will . Yeah , like , people
40:17
are just coming in and subscribing . Same with Instagram
40:20
. Like , if you put those things out
40:22
there and then you actually do the work
40:24
, you do the key factors that
40:26
would contribute towards that . But
40:28
then just trust God's going to take care of you . He's
40:31
going to do that .
40:32
Amazing .
40:33
So I was shook at the
40:35
money that was coming in , at the social
40:38
proof that was coming in , the partners
40:40
, the friendships . And so it's like man
40:42
, maybe I should dream even bigger , like halfway
40:44
through the year , reevaluate . It's like , okay , now I want to
40:46
connect with these people and work with these
40:49
different experiences . Never
40:51
would have thought we would have worked with the jazz
40:53
or like all these massive brands , mr Beast
40:56
Insane , you know all these things
40:58
, and now we have , which is so
41:00
cool .
41:01
Yeah , Dude , the big dreaming
41:03
is I think it was just
41:05
this morning . It was
41:07
in the shower this morning . Actually , Shower thoughts
41:09
are the best . Shower thoughts are the best Because
41:11
I suffer from a lot of self
41:14
doubt , talking negatively
41:16
about myself , and just
41:18
I have a lot of big dreams
41:20
and then something
41:22
in my brain immediately has he got some thoughts
41:24
? Yeah , Like you think
41:26
you can have that , it's like there's better
41:28
people than you and
41:32
so . But this morning I was thinking
41:34
about it and I was just like why
41:37
, why can't ? I'd
41:40
be bringing in 30,000
41:44
, $60,000 in revenue
41:46
into the podcast department
41:48
per month . There's no reason why you can't
41:50
? Why not ? Why can't I
41:52
bring the build
41:55
the biggest and highest
41:58
quality podcast , calamari
42:00
in Utah and
42:02
work with the best podcasts
42:05
? I
42:07
freaking did an episode with Mr Beast , like
42:09
you were saying the Mr Beast . The Mr Beast , jimmy
42:11
Donaldson , jimmy Donaldson . And
42:13
so it was really cool . And it's just funny
42:15
because we're talking about it now and
42:18
you have been somebody that I
42:20
actually look up to a lot in
42:23
that area . You
42:25
have belief , you have passion . You write it down
42:27
and it happens . Mitchell
42:29
told me about when
42:31
you reached out to him . At first you're
42:33
like , hey , I'm wanting to get into
42:36
this , what should I do ? Yep
42:38
, and then I gave you a little list and
42:40
then you went and did it . You actually
42:42
did it . Most people just
42:45
ask and then they're like , oh , mitchell
42:47
didn't ask me to come like
42:50
help him film something , and then they get disappointed
42:53
. But you actually went and did it . And
42:55
then you went back to Mitchell and said , okay , did
42:57
it , abc and D , what's next , what's next
42:59
? And then he's like , sweet , when's
43:01
your next shoot ?
43:02
How can I be there ?
43:03
Yeah , yeah . It's just crazy
43:05
. Kind of going back to intentionality
43:08
, the intentionality you had on your mission
43:10
, whether it was to stick to
43:12
the rules or to go
43:15
and meet with the members and watch Passion
43:17
of the Christ , your intentionality
43:19
now has translated
43:21
to you meeting and working
43:23
with awesome brands , with the people you
43:25
want to work with , becoming the person
43:27
you want to be , the cameras you want to
43:30
have .
43:30
It's insane , so yeah
43:32
just major props to you . I
43:34
really appreciate that . And it's kind of a
43:36
full circle moment , cause when we met you
43:39
were like yeah , I'm getting into video and like I
43:41
don't know what I'm doing . And then you shared
43:43
Mitch's stuff and this was back in Avenue
43:45
Film Cub days and I was
43:47
eating that stuff up , following you guys
43:49
, and I was like man Tal's like the coolest guy
43:52
, that's nice and he's doing all these cool things
43:54
. And I was like it'd be so fun to work with
43:56
Talmage and those guys in the future
43:58
. And so
44:01
for you to say that I mean I've looked
44:03
up to you for so long and told me I've got permission , like
44:05
I was still following all your guys' stuff and
44:08
when you got back home April
44:10
, that's when I started released .
44:12
That's crazy .
44:13
Yeah , yeah , I was
44:15
like , whoa , like that stuff's happened . This is so crazy
44:18
. And yeah
44:20
, if you have a dream and then you just believe
44:23
, just believe it's already
44:25
happened in your life , act
44:27
like it's already happening . If you want to be the biggest
44:29
YouTuber , act like the biggest
44:31
YouTuber . If you want to be working
44:34
with Mitchell Thane , work
44:36
with Mitchell Thane . If you want to have
44:38
, you know , whatever it is money or
44:40
relationships or objects
44:43
, even things you want to purchase already
44:45
, act like you have those things . Tell
44:47
people you have those things , because
44:49
what could it hurt ? You know you're
44:51
only going to find the people you need
44:53
to talk , to , consume the media you need to have , and
44:57
then it's going to happen in your life , which
44:59
is so cool . And God literally
45:02
tells us out in the scriptures . He's like ask and you shall
45:04
receive . We don't ask
45:06
, though . Yeah , we're like oh , I can never have
45:08
that . Yeah . Or , oh , you know , maybe
45:10
there's someone better than that . But when you
45:12
shared like and maybe that's just a
45:16
gift that God has given me or
45:18
I've developed with parents and friends
45:20
that have been so supportive , when you're
45:22
like I could be the biggest podcasting
45:25
you know brand in Utah or
45:28
pull in 30 , 60 , 100
45:30
K a month , there's no
45:32
reason why you can't do that and
45:34
I have a hundred percent belief that you
45:36
will , and this podcast is only going to
45:38
get bigger and bless more lives . Sure
45:40
, have way cooler guests than Austin Brady
45:42
on Dude . You're freaking dope
45:45
.
45:45
What are you talking about ?
45:46
It's going to grow and you're going to be able to have way more opportunity
45:48
to bless people's lives , Cause that's your intention
45:50
is to support people .
45:52
I really want to do that and it's
45:54
been such a blessing already in
45:57
my life . Just
45:59
interviewing people that
46:01
have
46:03
gone through what I've gone through
46:05
and also who
46:07
have found success and
46:10
done great things Gives
46:13
me hope . I'm like , ah yeah , I
46:15
can do that , yeah , and so like
46:17
honestly doing this podcast
46:19
, even selfishly which
46:21
not all of my intention is
46:23
selfish , but part of it is Just like one percent
46:26
Because I gain so
46:28
much from it , just meeting with
46:30
people and having
46:32
an intentional conversation rather
46:34
than just shooting the breeze , chatting
46:37
. But , dude , I
46:39
really appreciate you taking the time to do this
46:41
podcast with me . It's been a bit
46:44
since I've interviewed anybody
46:46
, so thanks for making
46:49
me get started again .
46:50
It's good . I love watching
46:52
all the episodes . I
46:54
love that you're starting it again and posting
46:56
more consistently . I feel like you
46:58
go through these like ebbs and flows and
47:01
it's okay not to be like every single
47:03
week . I know podcasting world loves that being
47:05
consistent but at least continually
47:08
putting in the effort . I
47:10
know people love this podcast People listening
47:12
right now . You know they love the new content
47:15

47:25

47:28

47:31
cool Dude . Well , see
47:34

47:35
Okay , dude At work , sick
47:37

47:39

47:41
when you hide ?
47:42
the worst , worst kind of day . Remember
47:46
we are not , we are not going
47:48
away , a thousand miles
47:50
apart between you and
47:52
me . Remember we are not , we
47:54
are not going away . Thank
47:59
you so much for coming back and listening
48:01
to another episode of Release the
48:03
Podcast . Austin is awesome . Loved
48:05
having him on . There were so many good
48:08
principles of belief in oneself
48:10
and belief that God really wants
48:12
you to succeed . When you believe it and
48:15
you act on it , god will make things
48:17
happen . He will move mountains . It's such
48:19
a good reminder for us to see
48:21
that and to see it in other people's lives that
48:23
, hey , they wanted something , they went for
48:25
it and God made it happen , so
48:28
why can't he do it for us ? Thank
48:30
you to everybody who listens . Please
48:32
, if you would rate the podcast
48:35
and lever a view , it really helps
48:37
the show grow . If
48:39
you need anything , please reach out . Reach
48:41
out to me on Instagram , whether it's
48:44
through release , the pod released
48:46
, underscore , the podcast
48:48
or just Talmud's Thane . I
48:51
would love to help out in any way I can
48:53
Cause . Again , we're all in
48:55
this together and just remember
48:57
God is good and is planning on your success
48:59
and , though you've been released from your mission
49:02
, you've not been released from your ministry .
