Anna and Alysha are the hosts of the podcast Popping Perfectionism. As you can guess from the name, it is all about counteracting the stunting vice of perfectionism. They came on Released to share insights and experiences that many returned missionaries can relate with. They don't only share how perfectionism affected their experience coming home from a mission, dating, going to college, and starting their careers, but also how they became aware of it and have found success in countering its harmful effect.
