We can spend our lives consumed with these numbers, they can effect our days and weeks, the constant struggling in life to fit into a bracket of a perfect BMI or Weight!!
It's crazy, and with some mindset work is it time to rethink this habit. I speak to so many women who have spent their whole lives being controlled by the scales and slimming clubs. This can have a real negative effect on your mental health, anxiety, and physical health.
