Joe Lane started in property at the age of 16, owning an estate agency which was later sold in 2013. From there Joe realised the shortage of finance brokers specialising in property investors and developers. 

After starting in property in 2018, Joe grew a portfolio to be worth £1.8m by 2020. Now Joe owns a mortgage brokerage of 20 people, specialising in finance for property investors and developers.
