IR travels the globe working with pockets of Indigenous Resistance in the Fourth World to get their messages out from behind the propaganda machines that deny them the freedom of the press. Collaborating of musicians and djs and remixers, such as Asian Dub Foundation, Ramjac, Dr Das, Underground Resistance, and Ramjac, words, chants, calls for freedom are set to Reggae, Dub, Detroit Techno, and the world fusion beats from ADF and Dr Das and released to the world as IR media. This podcast will collect the latest tracks from the IR travels and collaborations, along with key crucial mixes from their fiery past. Dr Loretta Collins Klobah wrote in the Jamaica Journal; "The IR dub attitude can be, by turns, either a burn-down-Babylon "fiery dub or a self-reflexive, meditative dub." Through free releases and downloads, IR has set up a campaign to send these tracks back into the indigenous communities, utilizing any means necessary to get the music and messages heard passed the restrictive regimes that keep the indigenous down and disenfranchised.
