Is it toxicity? Is it abuse? Is it sin? Is leaving justified? I barely scratch the surface of this conversation with my anonymous guest. We are opening up our conversation to let you hear it. It's not perfect. We are not perfect. But, both of us are walking through this issue. The similarities are interesting.  We got a little distracted, at the beginning, as I asked about how to teach our teen daughters to better discern what both of us seemed to miss for ourselves; but, hang on because the conversation comes back around to the beginning questions.  Also, please pardon the mess of the sound. There are some spots where the sound drops off or where I sound like a chipmunk. I am still learning the best way to record these episodes - and this particular way proved frustrating. I press on, and I encourage you to do so as well. Perhaps this is the show you, or a friend of yours, needs to hear to be set free from whatever bondage she (or he) is in mentally or physically in regard to her relationships.  You are invited to hear a part of our stories. This episode is part 1 of a two-hour conversation we had about this topic. I plan to publish the second part for next week's episode. Subscribe to the podcast, and/or my blog, to be notified. If you want more information, and Biblically based counsel, regarding emotionally destructive relationships and what to do in one, we both highly recommend Leslie Vernick's program and materials. Free Resources - Leslie Vernick- Christ-Centered Counselinghttps://leslievernick.com/free-resources/
