Speaking has always been a calling of mine. I knew podcasting was the platform to begin sharing my thoughts  and ideas with the world. And the world I did! Within the first 12 days of launching Pursue Your Potential the podcast reached 8 countries.

After 22 episodes, I hit a wall. I just couldn't bring myself to create another Pursue Your Potential episode. Something wasn't well with my soul. Something was missing. I wasn't sharing a message I felt I owned. 

So I took this level of discontentment and used it to continue my soul-searching journey! I took a seven day sebatical to figure out what to do next. I knew I wanted to speak. I knew I wanted to refine my message. I knew that I had a deep calling to create a message and a movement to help more and more women just like me.

And as I got really clear, the idea of "Mend Yourself Well  was born.

It became so clear that it is actually impossible to Pursue Your Potential if you are not whole and well. For me, pursuing my potential was more about spinning my wheels and searching for something that wasn't there.

When I took a step back, I realized that as I mend myself whole and well, I will be pursuing my potential, but it happens no other way! So now, it is time to welcome the new message, the new podcast, the new movement in self-care and self-love, "The Mend Yourself Well Podcast!"
