In this episode I explain the importance of Customer Obsession and decision making in Product Management. Startups, mid-companies large corporations they all focus on being customer-focused companies and put their customers first in terms of sales marketing, services and product development. However in an arena of bloody competition, the competitive landscape eventually equalized and the customer focused strategy is no longer a differentiator. To better understand customer obsession I show case Netflix as a company which continuously proves to be customer focused.
