Dr. Chelsea Trioano, Owner of Trioano Facial Plastics in West Palm Beach, Florida, joins host Keith Hanenian for episode 5 to discuss her path to becoming one of the only female, facial plastic surgeons in her practice's region. 

Through sacrifice and dedication, Chelsea shares the challenges she overcame during training and entering the field of plastic surgery.  With big practice aspirations, Dr. Trioano spent time most of her free time preparing to be an entrepreneur by researching locations and developing her business framework.
