Welcome back to this episode of the Princess Recovery Program! This week Kenya and Courtney do a quick recap of last months frame of events from the Super Bowl to Valentine's day expectations and realities of both their days.

As always this week we have some serious Damsel's in Distress. Courtney brought some stories where the only advice we can give is to call the lord or the authorities. A special shout out to @SixBrownChicks on Twitter for having their weekly blog. 

This weeks Frogs of The Day we discuss what actually being a "catch" means. This phrase is thrown around so much that we did some personal digging and defined what this means to ourselves and others. We also touch on being accidentally "Catfished" and how we recovered or in other words DIDN'T recover in the moment.
