On the fifteenth episode of the P.O.T.N👑 Podcast, Takura was joined by Shaygan Banisaeid who is an adaptable, determined, and hardworking individual. In his episode, he shares his passion for football more importantly football coaching and nurturing developing players to reach their full potential. He talks through his journey of moving from Iran to the UK in the hope of fulfilling his dreams when he first arrived in the UK, he had nothing but his determination and strong desire to become a football coach. He proudly shared this with everyone he met and that is what ultimately steered him in the right direction securing work with Middlesbrough Football club. In his episode he also talks through how pain is a constant motivator for him and how it is an indicator of progress and a trigger for him to focus on the task at hand and ensure a successful outcome.  He extends his eternal gratitude to the Football Association, Middleborough Football Club and Middlesbrough Football Foundation for all their support and helping him reach where he is and support him going forward. Shaygan Banisaeid is determined to help others and pass on the skills and knowledge he has gained not only from football but life as well. Although it is not his first language, he is consistently learning it and helping others who cannot speak learn it. In terms of overcoming challenges, he believes that overcoming them is possible if you have the right mindset and have the passion and commitment to complete what you set out to achieve. He encourages the listeners to do what they love, once they do this, they can find their passion which will help them find their purpose in life. There are two words he considers to be symbolic and they are Commitment and consistency Shaygan Banisaeid believes for all of us to succeed and achieve our goals we need to stay committed and keep pushing until we cross the finishing the line. Shaygan Banisaeid also calls for all listeners to be brave and do whatever they can to succeed , he believes that discovery is a very important phase in our lives as this is the period, we learn about ourselves, our interests, talents, and areas we can improve on.  He encourages listeners to believe in themselves, work on developing their skills and maintaining discipline that way they can achieve absolutely anything. Finally, Shaygan Banisaeid also shares his tips and tricks on how to stay productive, motivated, & resilient in challenging times. A truly remarkable testimony that encompasses all the values of P.O.T.N👑
