We're talking to Horticulturist Graham Porter about the Chartered Institute of Horticulture. The team discuss the difference between the terms horticulturist and gardener. Jill's Blackcurrant Smoothie Recipe:

Try a boost at breakfast time with a healthy blackcurrant drink full of vitamin C which will release energy slowly through the morning:

Use a stick blender to whiz about 50g blackcurrants and three quarters of a glass of milk together. For a smooth texture pass through a fine sieve then add a couple of teaspoons of runny honey and heaped tablespoon of oats. Whiz again till smooth.
