Our guest this weekend Salisa Luster, is a young woman who needed help from the police. After she was sexually assaulted friends called the police. The police did not help. The investigating officer took no reports and made no attempt to collect any evidence or interview suspects. Though Salisa lay covered in blood with obvious injuries the officer reconciled these signs of a crime and left the location in less time than he takes for his lunch breaks.
