Michigan Supreme Court halts the trial of the shooter's parents, who are facing their own manslaughter and weapon charges. Former members of the Oxford School Board accuse the district of witholding information from them as well as the public and 19 student families are filing a class action lawsuit against Oxford Schools on behalf of all 5700 students in the district for violating their civil rights to safety and education.
