  • Demonstrators marched to the home of University of Pennsylvania’s Interim President Larry Jameson Friday night, just hours after dozens were arrested and a Palestinian solidarity encampment in the heart of campus was dismantled.
  • A man was stabbed on the Broad Street Line Friday night during an altercation. The suspect fled. 
  • A new scoreboard was unveiled at Roxborough High School Friday to celebrate the life of Nicolas Elizalde, a freshman who was fatally shot while leaving a football scrimmage nearly two years ago.
  • The state trooper seen on video arresting a city official and her husband on the Schuylkill Expressway two months ago is no longer with Pennsylvania State Police.
  • Texting while driving is already illegal in Pennsylvania, but legislation is on its way to Gov. Josh Shapiro’s desk making holding a phone and using it for any purpose illegal. The bill has exemptions for emergencies and talking or listening through hands-free devices like Bluetooth.
