Elisa and Daniel Rangitoheriri are our very first Husband and Wife team as well as our first tradie business to come on the show! They are the force behind Rangi Plumbing and more recently, Perth Outdoor Showers. Elisa and Dan discuss how they built a successful Plumbing business throughout the high's and low's of WA's building Industry and how they then went from providing a service to manufacturing a high end product.

    They have experienced vast differences between their two businesses; in their marketing strategies, the touchpoints along their customer journeys, how they close a sale and in particular, their ideal customer.

    But the one thing that has stayed the same is how they work as a team. They have clearly defined roles, play to each others strengths and communicate every business decision. In an age where we have access to our emails and social accounts every second of the day, they make it a priority to "switch off" the business talk in order to enjoy some much needed family time.
