The Stories You Tell Yourself and the Impact on Your Management and Leadership success!

Impressions …
Perceptions …
Filters …
Stories …
… there’s a lot going on in our minds that can have major positive or negative effects on performance, relationships, careers and work / life balance.
In this episode I chat with Simone de Haas about how the stories, filters, perceptions and impressions we play with in our minds can impact on the effectiveness we have as leaders. We chat about how these can help but also really hinder success.
