I have given it some thought while editing this episode. I would break down the week like this. Mondays will be the regular talk with teenagers about topics (Teen Monday Mood) and Thursday I will talk to parents about any advice that I could give them after doing all these episodes on teenagers as well (Parental Thursday Therapy).
