Our conversation in the episode is about our "Human Connections."As a leader in corporate, I specifically engage Cat about the workplace.  - The interview; making sure the we (the employer) will be a good fit for you, so you can be your whole-self... sharing your ideas and energy with the group, in a way that adds value.- No more "work/ life balance."  Our work is part of our life.  It should be "Balancing Life."- "How Can I Help?" is a question we should all be asking, especially as a leader. (servant leadership)- C.L.I.C.K. : a method of approaching authentic relationships. CONNECTING with others as we are, where we are. LISTENING first, to understand what is needed.  INVESTINGATING without judgment. COMMUNICATE with kindness.
