This is my first podcast recording in 2022.Up until recently, I've been fairly consistent and doing one a week.  However, for the past 3 to 4 weeks, I've been reflecting on my journey in 2021.... all the amazing people I've interviewed... my podcast statistics...  and taking time to pause.... and appreciate the relationships that have come into my life. I truly am blessed.I believe that it's important to take time... to reflect... and to look at what you've done, what you've learned, how far you've come.... and celebrate your accomplishments, no matter how small.  Be proud of where you are at today... and the experiences you've had, to get here (even the tough ones). :-)Have the courage to keep going. Don't stop,  Don't give up...  and...don't compare yourself to others.  It's about you, your journey, your growth, your development.If you feel like things aren't going well, self reflect before trying to move forward. Give yourself grace. We are all Whole Beings... on our own journey.  We all go through these seasons in life.  It's the natural order of learning and growing. Believe in yourself.So... today...this is my reflection.- I interviewed 20 amazing people this past year  (most of them, tagged below).- My show was listened to in 24 different countries around the world and 36 states.
