No one *actually* has *no* bad days, but the trick is remembering that it's our intention that makes all the difference. We can choose to do something to reset and turn our momentum around from where we stand. If you’re having a bad day, take a nap and reset yourself. Take a walk. Eat a piece of fruit. Stand at a window and look up and out and acknowledge that you could have been born as any number of critters on any barren planet in our mind-bogglingly expansive universe but, despite all odds, you’ve found yourself here-- In 2018-- as a creative, beautiful, engaged human being.
