The following Pause for Parenting programmme is the final programme focusing on the work of the Child Care Board. This programme looks at abuse and zeroes in on Neglect the highest form of reported abuse according to the Board’s record. Two child care  officers explains why neglect can lead to all other kinds of abuse among children.
