We challenge ourselves to reframe the way we look at our experiences and we actively subtract the use of explicit language to describe the activities as a way to emphasise the feelings and experiences arise whilst doing them. We ask if these "ordinary" activities can be associated to a state of "meditation" and we ask what meditation looks like outside of spiritual practice; What does meditation look like and feel like for you?
