You're listening to a Mama

0:03

Mia podcast. Mama Mia acknowledges

0:05

the traditional owners of land and waters

0:07

that this podcast is recorded on. Whoever

0:11

said orange is the new pink was seriously

0:13

disturbed. Morals for spring. Groundbreaking.

0:16

Oh, my gosh. You have

0:18

to do it. You live for fashion. Hello

0:21

and welcome to Nothing to Wear, the

0:24

podcast that solves fashion problems and levels

0:26

up your wardrobe. I'm Leigh

0:28

Campbell and every week I'm going to talk to

0:30

an expert who is going to help us work

0:32

out how to get more out of the clothes

0:35

we already own and tell us exactly what is

0:37

and isn't worth adding to our wardrobe. Today,

0:40

we are talking about how to find

0:42

the right active wear for every size

0:44

and shape. My guest today, Riley Hempson,

0:47

knows a lot about fitness and finding

0:49

comfortable active wear that still makes you

0:51

feel and look beautiful. Riley

0:54

is a model and a content creator

0:56

with an impressive following on Instagram and

0:58

TikTok, and she's an advocate for body

1:00

positivity and size inclusivity. And

1:03

if that's not enough, she also has

1:05

her own sustainable swimwear and active line

1:07

called Remy by Riley, which stocks sizes

1:10

from extra small to six extra large.

1:13

So Riley, firstly, welcome to the show.

1:16

I like to ask my guests two questions.

1:18

The first one is, can you describe your

1:20

style in three words? I had to think

1:22

about this a little bit, but the three

1:24

words that I've come up with are practical,

1:27

timeless and playful. I really like

1:29

playful. It's an unusual one, but

1:31

I agree. Fashion and, you know,

1:34

even active wear doesn't have to be too serious. OK,

1:36

the next one is this theory that most

1:38

people have a wardrobe full of clothes, but

1:40

they really only wear 10 percent of it,

1:42

90 percent of the time. So the stuff

1:44

they're always reaching for, they love the rest

1:46

of it. But there's just this core group

1:49

of items that they reach for and wear

1:51

over and over again. What's in your 10

1:53

percent? That to me is just so true.

1:56

I feel like with all of

1:58

my sort of work. parts and things,

2:00

I'm just living in active wear, which

2:03

I always try and sort of bear away

2:05

from. Like if I'm going to a cafe with friends, I'll

2:07

try and put on a real outfit. I like to call

2:09

it. I think like

2:11

a good comfortable legging. I've also

2:13

been loving my jumpsuits, like

2:16

the little onesies and then

2:18

great basics. You just can't go wrong. And then

2:20

I feel like you can wear them to

2:23

different things that you're dressing up for,

2:25

or you can really dress them down.

2:27

So yeah, I think really great, like

2:29

little baby tees, oversized tees. And then

2:32

yeah, living in my leggings, my

2:34

flares, I just think they're

2:36

so practical. When you say a 1-0 jumpsuit,

2:38

are we talking like all in one need

2:41

to be naked when you need to go

2:43

to the toilet? Yeah. And I think that's

2:45

the only downfall. One of my brands, we

2:47

have a couple of them and honestly, like every time

2:49

I post about them, I get messages saying like, but

2:51

how do you go to the toilet? You

2:54

just get comfortable with peeling it down. Agreed. No,

2:56

I'm the same. I've got a few and I

2:59

adore them. And I drink a lot of water.

3:01

So sometimes I'm like, hmm, can I wear this

3:03

today? But there's so much fun to wear. Okay,

3:06

your background is incredibly interesting. You started

3:08

studying to be a paramedic in your

3:10

early 20s. So how did you

3:13

find the world of influencing? How did it

3:15

find you? How did this all come about?

3:17

Yeah, so I started an Instagram and it

3:19

was a very private page just for my

3:21

friends to follow. And it was initially a

3:23

weight loss account. Looking back on it, it

3:25

wasn't so much about losing the

3:27

weight. It was more about the lifestyle change. I was just

3:29

in a really bad place. I guess

3:31

my whole life I struggled with my weight and

3:34

I made this page and I was like, no,

3:36

you know, this time it's like, perfect, I'm going

3:38

to stick to it. And along the journey of

3:40

losing weight, I sort of got to a point

3:42

and realized, oh, like, I'm actually still the same

3:44

person. I guess I had this idea that I

3:46

just, everything in my life would change. And I

3:48

was like, you know, I just might look a

3:50

little bit different, but I still have the same

3:52

values. I still have the same friends. That's

3:54

sort of how my Instagram grew. I was really

3:56

grateful for my followers that sort of came along

3:58

the journey with me. The polling me for

4:01

weight loss and then came along and really

4:03

resonated with that south lot of what I

4:05

was posting about that was happening while I

4:07

was studying. And. Ios setting a bachelor

4:10

how France and pair me to send which

4:12

is another. Select Polar. Bear

4:15

Now along the way I

4:17

was having these opportunities with

4:19

posting online and. I know

4:21

a soda for him and the scene. Says you know

4:24

you're out on the streets. An ad in

4:26

the world, really? Helping. People with their

4:28

4:30

was doing on line of really gave

4:32

me. So. Film and as well

4:34

yeah absolutely it makes sense as a lot

4:36

like a mean they'd have created over the

4:39

years sorry yes it of when from just

4:41

really health and fitness anymore and the last

4:43

saw and I thought of Mud Lang and

4:45

Up at a couple of friends yes and

4:47

a crazy ride. Off. Every

4:49

opportunity and dislike while at home alive.

4:51

this is my last. I yes for

4:54

the com. You. Has so

4:56

many impressive session tonight and your resume

4:58

now they can without Israeli A that

5:00

the show a poet sane person weeks

5:02

notice to the cinema been a person

5:05

C or how did this develop? looking

5:07

back on earth was saying a big

5:09

girl I have always struggled to find

5:12

clothes cool close a runoff was wearing

5:14

and my size so back even and

5:16

my early castle days when I have

5:19

a beans I'm using skirts as talks

5:21

and I'm finding something on lining getting

5:23

my friend or my mom. To make

5:25

it for me and will have a costume party

5:27

and were end the sewing. Room: the softie

5:30

grammar school and with sewing up things

5:32

because we can't find what we need.

5:34

As we say my says the yeah.

5:36

looking back on it has decent. We've

5:38

always been something that I've had some

5:41

was something I've enjoyed kind of experiments

5:43

in word and then I guess the

5:45

passion for not having close feasible to

5:47

my thighs. It's. That have gone along with

5:49

that And then we saw Debris Me which was active

5:51

with of again whether the me pops into swimwear for

5:53

this or but get on. The. Market, the S and

5:56

the my other friend. Roger. And justice. As

5:58

I said, I'm capture. wardrobe. So finding

6:00

your forever pieces, really good quality that you're just

6:02

going to keep. And you can chop

6:04

and change depending on what the trends are at the time.

6:07

And speaking of activewear, because that's sort of

6:09

where it all started, not that long ago,

6:12

and I'm quite old, but activewear was just

6:14

t-shirts, some random old leggings you had, maybe

6:16

some old shorts. And then activewear has really

6:18

become a fashion category in its own. So

6:21

when did you start to care more about

6:23

what you were wearing when you were working out?

6:25

Currently posting online would have made me

6:28

more conscious of what I'm wearing. There

6:30

were all these fitness influences wearing all

6:32

these things and I'm going, well, I want to

6:34

wear those, but I can't find them necessarily in

6:36

my size or I knew people that were

6:38

bigger than me and couldn't find it in their size either. I

6:41

think alongside with that, even just in the

6:43

real world, not online, if you're

6:45

working out all the time, you want to

6:48

express yourself a little bit. You know, if

6:50

you want to wear a fun crop top

6:52

or a pair of leggings or whatever it

6:54

is that doesn't just look like

6:56

the same thing you're wearing every day, you

6:58

should be able to. So I think that's

7:00

sort of where I decided I

7:03

didn't just want to wear basic things. Now

7:14

a question from pretty much everyone in Mamma

7:17

Mia is activewear shorts. Shorts are hard to

7:19

find. They can be annoying to wear. They're too

7:21

short. They rub the legs. They just

7:23

ride up. So, now, what's the

7:25

best length or fabric to avoid this

7:27

problem? What's your like dream

7:29

activewear shorts? Oh, I

7:32

am such a firm believer in nobody

7:35

is the same. So you have to try a

7:37

bunch. Like I've got some that I love for

7:39

a little bit and then I find the other

7:41

pair and I'm like, oh my God, like this

7:43

is what I was looking for in a short. I

7:46

really love Lululemon shorts. I feel like

7:48

they have a great range of all

7:51

different types of fabric, all different lengths,

7:53

all different, you know, like where the

7:55

waistband sits, drawstring, all sorts. Agreed.

7:58

Tight, loose. Yeah,

8:00

and they really sort of hone in

8:02

on what you're doing it for. Like, whoever's serving you

8:04

in the shop will say, what are you wearing them

8:06

for? What are you doing? And then give you options.

8:09

So I feel like that's a really good place to

8:11

go. And my time also

8:13

tried ones from your targets, your K-Marts, your

8:15

more cheap and cheerful ones, and they've been

8:17

great as well. So I think really just

8:20

go and try them, walk around in them.

8:22

If they start rolling up, they're not fair

8:24

and you need to move on to the next fair because if

8:26

they're rolling up in the shop, they're going to

8:28

roll up when you're exercising. Yeah. And when you're

8:30

in the change room, squat, lunge, do all the

8:32

things that you might be doing in them. Yeah.

8:34

Take a dung-bun with you. Exactly.

8:36

Get your yoga mat out. Now

8:39

you're a passionate advocate for the

8:41

right sports bra and also underwear.

8:43

I'm so fascinated by this topic.

8:46

Let's talk sports bra first. How many of you

8:48

tried and tested and what kind of style do

8:50

you find suits you best? Yeah,

8:52

look, for running, I have had plenty of

8:55

bras in my time and sometimes I'll even wear one

8:58

and I'll get messages from girls being like, just

9:00

so you know, you need to get a more

9:02

supportive bra, which is, you know, it's an important

9:04

thing. And again, I've

9:06

got bras for all different types of exercises because the bra that

9:08

I wear for running isn't the bra that I'm wearing for

9:10

Pilates, of course. There's a couple of

9:12

bras that I've actually been wearing for years. I bought

9:15

them, one of them like seven years ago and

9:17

I've still got it now. That's the Enlight

9:19

bra from Lululemon. I'm actually not sure if

9:21

it's in Leet or in Lat. Burley,

9:24

B-E-R-L-E-I. So I've got

9:27

a really great underwear bra, again, bought that

9:29

years ago. And then recently I actually bought

9:31

an Under Armour bra as well, which is

9:33

like a high support one just from Rebel

9:35

Sport. And that's been great as

9:37

well. But again, try all sorts in

9:40

the shops, make sure it really fits

9:42

you well. I do feel like that

9:44

is a barrier for if you're wanting

9:46

to run. It just makes it

9:48

hell on earth, actually. Yeah. Having

9:50

the right support for high impact is so important. There's a

9:52

fine line between feeling like it's suffocating you and you can't

9:54

breathe and supporting you. And then the worst thing is you

9:56

get sweaty and it's time to take it off and you can't

9:58

get it off for the life of you. because it's already

10:01

so tight. It's the worst, you feel

10:03

trapped. Yeah, they need to make like

10:05

bra lube to get it off. Now

10:08

underwear and leggings, very

10:10

fascinating topic. Some

10:12

people freeball, some people wear a G-string, some

10:15

people wear a full brief. What

10:17

is your approach to underwear, under activewear?

10:19

Yeah, look, I am definitely a G-string

10:21

girly, but I often wear no underwear,

10:24

which my sister just cannot believe that

10:26

I do that. But I'm just like,

10:28

wow. When you're wearing a G-string, it's

10:30

kind of the same thing. And

10:33

if I'm going to have a shower straight after, it's

10:35

almost like a waste of underwear. But then the leggings

10:38

you're wearing, they must be quite thick and not like,

10:40

you know. Yeah, when I'm running, I'm

10:42

often wearing a good thick pair of leggings that

10:44

sort of hold me in and don't fall down.

10:47

Lulum has some great ones, fast and

10:49

free, that Wonder Under or something, I

10:51

think it's called. With my brand, Remy, we

10:53

have some great ones. They don't have a

10:56

drawstring in them though, and I know lots of people

10:58

love that. The other underwear that I

11:00

wear is the Fits Everybody fabric from

11:02

Skims. They feel like they're

11:04

not there, which is what I love. I

11:06

have a quick laundry question. If we're free

11:08

balling in our leggings, are we washing after

11:10

every workout? Yeah. Yeah.

11:14

I just sweat. Like, I couldn't imagine wearing

11:16

my leggings that I've run in for the

11:18

second time. If I do like a light

11:20

walk or Pilates or something, I'll wear them

11:23

again. Like, maybe at night. I

11:26

just, yeah, if I did that, I probably

11:28

wouldn't have many friends around me because I

11:30

would. Thanks. I'm just a sweaty girl. Let's

11:33

talk footwear. My sister-in-law is a podiatrist, believe it

11:35

or not, and she keeps telling me I need

11:37

to buy Brooks. They're the most supportive looks. She

11:39

said, are you running or are you like, walking

11:41

with the aim to run? And I was like,

11:44

let's just pretend I'm going to be

11:46

a runner. She says Brooks, but what kind of

11:48

footwear do you wear when you are running

11:50

and working out? Yeah. So the shoe

11:53

that I have been loving, Succone is

11:55

a U-C-O-N-Y. They

11:57

have been, first of all, so

11:59

ugly. I like these white with these

12:01

purple bits, which I just, I love like

12:03

a black or white, like give me something plain. Couldn't

12:06

blend any plain in my size. I had to get these

12:09

ones that I just, I joke about all the time. Cause

12:11

I'm like a good shoe that's good for running is

12:13

often so ugly. It's so true. I love

12:15

my secondis. I actually recently bought some assets.

12:18

Yes, they're good too. And they're quite stylish.

12:20

Yeah, my assets are cool. They're all black,

12:22

which is nice. So I'm trying those out,

12:24

but lots of people have said Hocker. Yes,

12:26

I've heard that too. And rocks

12:28

as well. So yeah, I love the

12:30

secondis. I've been really comfy and I

12:32

usually get blisters and all sorts. So

12:34

yeah, I've been great. And then if you're wearing

12:36

cool trainers that aren't supporting you, then you can't wear

12:38

your nice shoes other times because your feet are too

12:40

soft. Exactly. So I'm of an

12:43

age where we wear no show or you

12:45

know, like ankle socks, but the cool kids

12:47

are wearing crew socks pulled up now. What

12:49

socks are you wearing? I know this is

12:51

very specific, but socks are very divisive. Yeah,

12:54

I actually go between the two. I

12:56

don't mind like a little no showy sock,

12:58

but I do get blisters like

13:00

I said. So I have to have something that kind

13:02

of comes up with a shoe. Speaking

13:05

of socks, I recently bought

13:08

some blister free socks and

13:10

I went and bought them. And there's a few different brands. I

13:12

know lots of brands do them. I think I just got

13:14

mine from athletes foot and they are

13:16

fantastic. I've never even heard of them. All

13:19

socks should be blister free by default, you'd

13:21

think. But there you go. Well, apparently like

13:23

cotton does something with the sweat in your

13:25

feet or something and it works like sandpaper.

13:28

Oh, yeah. Well, I can relate to that. That's happened to me

13:30

before. Off I go to buy blister free socks. Now,

13:33

a lot of questions we've also had

13:35

is around self consciousness and active wear,

13:37

which I can completely understand. Do

13:40

you have any tips for people to make them

13:42

feel more confident, whether it's an attitude, it's a

13:45

style, it's what they wear? How would

13:47

you approach that topic? Yeah, look,

13:49

I have definitely in my time

13:51

felt self conscious, like especially in

13:53

gym situations often. That's

13:56

where I'd sort of struggle to go and

13:58

just like a bra and leggings or. I'd

14:00

still do it, but I'd have like a voice in my

14:02

head being like, oh my god, like you shouldn't be wearing this. You

14:05

shouldn't be wearing this. I have just

14:07

come over the years of working

14:09

out and running and what you think

14:11

people are thinking isn't what they're thinking.

14:14

Like nine times out of 10, if someone's

14:16

looking at you, they probably think you're doing

14:18

amazing or they think you've got

14:21

like some cool outfit on or like, I just

14:23

think we get so in our heads about what

14:25

we think people are thinking about us and it's

14:27

just not the truth. Try and

14:29

get in the mindset of who are you actually there

14:32

for? Who are you running for? It's probably for you.

14:34

I hope it's for you. It should be for you. Get

14:36

into that mindset. But then I also understand

14:38

that you should feel comfy in your clothes.

14:41

Like working out in a big baggy tee is what

14:43

you feel comfortable in. Do it. You shouldn't be working

14:45

out with this pressure to be like, oh my god,

14:47

I need to wear a crop top because you don't.

14:50

Wear what you feel comfortable in. And if your

14:52

goal is to go, I want to feel comfortable

14:54

in a crop top, then slowly edge there. Wear

14:57

like little even sort of mesh like

15:00

over tops or wear a jacket

15:02

to the gym and then take it off or a hoodie

15:04

or whatever it might be and just work your way up

15:06

and you'll get there and just remember you're doing it for

15:08

you. People aren't thinking what

15:10

you think they're thinking. I absolutely agree. That

15:12

applies for so much in life. Now

15:15

as you said before, it's an incredible resume

15:17

that you've got. You've got swimwear brands, you've

15:19

got activewear, you've got other fashion. What

15:21

did you feel was missing that spurred you

15:24

on to create your own brands and clothing?

15:26

We started Remi in 2020,

15:28

obviously working on it a long time before that. I

15:31

guess the main sort of

15:33

gap in the market for us or what

15:35

was missing in terms of what I wanted

15:37

and what other people wanted was the

15:40

size inclusivity. There's a

15:42

multitude of styles and colors and

15:45

fabrics and all sorts out there for

15:47

people. It always was, but it

15:50

was the size inclusiveness that wasn't there. I'd

15:53

often wear a brand and I'm in epigous

15:55

size and that still happens and I love

15:57

to do that because I love to show

15:59

them that. hey, I actually look great in

16:01

your active wear and you can expand and there's

16:03

more people that will look great in it too.

16:05

I think over the last couple of years, it's

16:07

been great to see brands extend their sizing, which

16:10

is amazing. So I think that

16:12

was the main thing. It wasn't so much the

16:14

pieces or the styles or whatever it might be

16:16

that wasn't out there. It was, it just wasn't

16:18

in bigger sizes. I hope a lot of

16:20

other brands follow suit because it's pretty madness that it's 2024 and

16:23

we're still having this issue. Now let's

16:26

talk accessories. Are you a gadget girl? I'm

16:28

an Apple Watch girl and I also need

16:30

to know what water bottle you have because

16:32

water bottles are statement at the moment.

16:34

I know. I feel like with this

16:36

running thing, as soon as I started getting

16:38

gadgets, I felt like the real deal. I bought

16:40

the Oakleys at the start. That's what my partner,

16:42

he was like, we need to get a pair of

16:45

Oakleys. Like it's iconic to have these running

16:47

glasses. Those

16:49

and honestly, they're really good.

16:51

I also love my running vests. I have a

16:53

couple, one from Lululemon and one from Solomon, but

16:56

the Lululemon one's a lot better. I feel like

16:58

it's more comfy. You put your phone in there,

17:00

your keys in there, even has a water bottle

17:02

on the front. That's so clever. See, I'm still

17:05

in the walking stage, so I'm still rocking a

17:07

bum bag, but that will probably jiggle around when

17:09

I start running. Yes. And that's what happened to

17:11

me. I still love my little waist bum

17:13

bag situation, but it does jingle. So

17:16

a running vest is a great one. You

17:18

are so pro. And water bottles, I love

17:20

my Frank Green. I can't quite get behind

17:22

the big, what are those big?

17:24

They're Stanley. Yeah, it's just, I like a

17:26

little handle I can grab with a finger

17:29

and carry an armful of other stuff. And

17:31

I'd like to Stanley, but it does feel a

17:33

bit like I'm going camping or something. Yeah, I

17:35

think for me, yes, I'm the same. A couple

17:38

of more questions before we get into bougie and

17:40

budget. I wondered if you had any tips for

17:42

online shopping for activewear? Because I get so many

17:44

questions, you know, is it squat proof? Is

17:46

it sheer? And that's kind of easier

17:49

to see in real life. But if

17:51

people are shopping online, how can they

17:53

kind of get a vibe for if

17:55

it's going to suit them? I feel

17:57

like just looking at reviews, honestly, always.

18:00

going on TikTok or Reels

18:02

and looking up so

18:04

and so review and looking at reviews for active

18:06

wear or anything. I do it all the time.

18:08

It's where you're going to get, you know, you

18:10

get the ads, which are great. And then you

18:12

also get the people that are bored and love

18:15

it or hate it or whatever it is. Yeah,

18:17

that's my best tip. It's

18:32

very expensive. Damn, honey. How much

18:34

are these? Now,

18:38

bougie and fudge is my favorite part. It's where

18:40

you and I both select a more affordable item

18:43

in the active wear category and then a more

18:45

expensive or, you know, just more expensive than the

18:47

cheaper ones in the active wear

18:49

category. So do you want to start with

18:51

your bougie or your budget? I'll start with

18:53

bougie. Okay, I think my bougie bra situation

18:56

is the lower lemon and light. I

18:59

feel like you just need to invest

19:02

in a great bra. I feel

19:04

like that's just going to make such a

19:06

difference. Yeah. It's money well spent

19:08

because it's almost a health item. But you know what I

19:10

mean? Like it's really doing something. It's not just looking good,

19:12

but it's making you feel good and it's holding them up.

19:14

I approve that one. My bougie

19:16

is a hoodie. It's a zippy hoodie because when

19:18

I'm exercising, I always wear, you know, a hoodie

19:20

to the gym or to Pilates and I take

19:22

it off to work out. But I

19:24

hate taking it off over my head because it makes my ponytail

19:26

fall out. I have to start all over again. So

19:29

it's the Stax W23 cropped hoodie. There's

19:32

a bunch of colors. It just zips up. There's

19:34

a hood. Take it off when you

19:36

get there and it's very easy and stylish. It's

19:38

quite cropped though. So I size up because I

19:40

don't really want it just under my boobs. I

19:42

kind of want it around the belly button where

19:44

my leggings hit. But yeah, a

19:46

zippy. I wish everyone would do more zippies.

19:48

There's not enough. Do you like the jacket?

19:51

It's like the tight fit jacket. So are

19:53

you more the... Oh no, I'm not a

19:55

tight fit. I'm not a tight fit. No, I

19:57

like something. Not too oversized. Not too baggy, but

19:59

just cut it. I'm not comfy, but I gotta have

20:01

a zep. Yeah, so zep. Okay, Riley,

20:03

so what is your budget? Everyone

20:05

that knows me knows I cannot run without a cap.

20:08

Oh, very good and very sun safe. Sun safe, but

20:11

also keeps you here out of your face. You also

20:13

just feel like a bit more shaded

20:15

in your... In your own little running world. ...run

20:17

world, yeah. And you can get some great ones.

20:19

Not every cap is built the same. I

20:22

know that there's some amazing ones at, you

20:24

know, like your Kmart, your Target,

20:26

even like your Nike ones. They're

20:28

not that pricey. So,

20:31

yeah, I just think a good cap, which you

20:33

can just get on a budget, is gonna change

20:35

your running lifestyle. That is so true. I've

20:38

got a great one from Cotton On, and it was, I think it was down

20:40

to like $5, but I've got a very

20:42

small forehead, so I do need to try on, is it

20:44

the peak? Whatever they call that, the brim scene. I've actually

20:46

got a great one from Cotton On as well. That's

20:49

a really good tip, and I never even

20:51

thought of that. Mine just quickly are a

20:53

pair of leggings from Amazon. They're called the

20:55

CRZ, which I guess stands for crazy, yoga,

20:58

women's naked feeling, high waist,

21:00

tummy control, stretchy sport running leggings. What

21:02

a name. The reason I like them is

21:04

I've got seven pairs. They fit perfectly around

21:06

my waist, quite high waisted, and then they've

21:08

got a little pocket, and not that I

21:11

really put anything in the pocket, but as

21:13

I said before, young child, oftentimes I'm

21:15

wearing my active wear tag to take him to the park, and

21:17

then he goes, Mommy, I found these

21:19

rocks. Mommy. And so you

21:21

end up just kind of stuffing random things in the pockets.

21:24

Super comfy. They're 46 bucks, and

21:26

they're great, and I've got them in every

21:28

color. And I think they went viral once

21:30

because the woman skidded down a mountain and

21:32

her leggings were still absolutely flawless.

21:34

Oh my God, that's hilarious. I love that. Yeah,

21:36

they're really good, but I'm going to be jumping

21:38

online and checking out Remy. Thank

21:41

you so much for joining us. You're a wealth of
