Jule Shanks - As an Intimacy Coach, Jule brings depth, intuition, playfulness and magnetism to her coaching sessions as she lovingly guides clients into reaching their fullest personal potential.

 Cold Play NS was started by Jule Shanks in November 2021 in order to promote mental health alternatives, well-being and community. Today it has a growing membership of 1,000 cold enthusiasts. They host weekly meet ups around the HRM during cold dipping seasion (Oct-June) which are open to the public, as well as some excursions around NS.
