We have 23,000 associates who participate every year in volunteering, which is an amazing number. But it’s what we do on the other days — continuing to encourage associates to identify and lead skills-based volunteering and projects with nonprofits. We, as a company, have a $10 million pledge to pro-bono activity and projects, and we meet and exceed that every year.
