Today I had the wonderful chance to chat with Valrie Blair a reflexologsit who has been working at her craft for over 20 years. 

I had the luxury of experiencing the amazing benefits of reflexology from both Valrie and her daughter over the last couple of years. I even had it tested out on my very sick daughter who was battling severe constipation and urine retention at the time. The therapeutic benefits could not be argued and the relaxation side effects were more praise worthy then massage therapy to my surprise. 

I would highly suggest using reflexology as a regular tool with your children and for yourself if you treasure the body being imbalance and enjoy the soothing benefits that come with every session.
